The ID.me personnel is patient, approachable and professional. Be sure to have your documents at hand to show up for. Also, I tried using my mobile device, but laptop or computer with video and audio, will be much better experience. I have made several attempts to verify my identity with ID.ME through various government organizations and the questions that are asked through the Fair Credit Reporting Act (they have a lot of misinformation about me, totally WRONG on the part of FAIR CREDIT REPORTING) I needed access to a particular government website so today I decided to do the video chat With Linda A.
