The only good part about ID me is when you are able to actually chat with an agent. The rest of it is so not user friendly it is mind blowing. The program itself might actually have been useable, but when you encounter any error it is like being stuck in a maze. No way to directly call technical support, it refers you to a bot which cannot help you, and then it takes forever to hear back on a support ticket. If you enter the wrong credentials instead of going back you have to go all the way out and back in. I really don't know how anyone has a positive experience navigating this process unless you happen to do everything 100% correctly and have an extremely easy situation.
