The process here is awesome. Just make sure you shoot all of your document listed (they give you the list inside) on BOTH SIDES and keep them in a folder on your computer separate from others and you'll cruise right through. The agent in the video chat was awesome. Felt like a friend. I live a remote area, so this was probably the ONLY way I was going to get verified.
