BAD experience, paid for Term Insurance, after making the payment and waiting for 12 days received an email stating not eligible. No courtesy from the staff to inform or follow up... wasted my precious time. Definitely cancelling my salary account from ICICI and shifting some other bank... Horrible staff

We opened two NRE accounts with ICICI bank at least 5 years back and maintained decent balances. In last few months, our balance fell under Rs 10,000. We were not aware about a small print saying that the account attracted heavy penal charges if the balance fell under Rs. 10,000. There was no reminder sent to us to ask us to increase the balance in excess of Rs. 10,000 when the balance fell under the threshold. This unscrupulous bank chose not to ask us to deposit the amount but ate away about Rs. 5,000 over a few months and completely finished our balance. This is an open day robbery.

Don't use ICIC Bank Paylater Service. It's a Shady Scheme by the bank. I joined paylater on January 13,2024 to test their service. I got Rs. 10,000 as paylater balance. On 20 Jan, 2024 I got a message that I've to pay to my balance by 31 jan 2024 or I'll face late charges. (It's been only one week and they're asking for money. Don't use their service or you'll regret if you don't have money.)

**ICIC bank claim that we can pay dues 45 days later and they advertise it heavily. On their main paylater page they have mentioned it again and again.
What they didn't mention even once is their billing cycle.

I downgraded my dealings with this Bank in 2014 consequent to a series of unpleasant experiences-1. Fraudulent ICICI Pru form signings 2. Pestilent follow up for investments 3. Not handling simple issues like address change 4. Harassing endlessly and not changing funds from NRO to NRE despite submission of valid Form 15ca and 15 cb. Fast forward to Jan 2023, I visit a nearby branch to close my Demat accounts and change status of NRE to Res status. Two months and several mails later, nothing has moved. About ICICI personnel, less said the better. I think my cleaners are more well informed and better behaved. This is a Bank that you should avoid like you would any virus.at the very least this Bank will drive you insane. Nothing works here except bullxxxxxxxx

I have applied for two wheeler loan to buy a royal Enfield bike and they rejected the loan only because I am a lady. And stated that it's against their policy to provide loan for a lady to buy RE.

I am witnessing major issues after taking Icici home loan under money saver. There is no transparency. I am not able to see anything online. Bank does not share details and have to do lot of follow up. Simple questions like how much I paid so far towards principal, what is ROI, branch office not able to answer. Sales team ( Kauser Raza, Pradeep Maurya, Praful Mediwala from Mumbai MIDC Andheri branch) are worst to deal with. They just keep sending me to various people instead of getting this information. My suggestion is not to take money saver home loan from ICiCi and do not deal with Andheri MIDC sales team of Kauser Raja and team.

ICICI is the bigger thieves bank of the India. I am a saving account holder of saving bank account
Since 2015. Being an accountant by professional i am used to a busy schedule in my daily life routine
I didn't get a time in these year to open and check ICICI bank performances like how much interest I am getting. What charges are deducting from my account. Even I was not suppose to hold a credit card but ICICI bank representatives who are behaving today an uneducated person they used to conveyance people to keep a credit card just because of their suggestions I kept a credit card but within two or three months I found wrong invoices on monthly due amount then I tried to take help of customer care but they don't respond to customers even I tried to make calls many times, but sometimes call gets disconnect and sometimes connectivity errors and sometimes customer behave rudely and cut the call
Even I thought to take a help of relationship manager of ICICI bank but I found there's no one assign to me. I really very disappointed with ICICI bank. I tried many time to resolve my issue with credit card department but there's Girls who really don't know how to talk with clients and customers very worse services of ICICI bank
I don't agree to pay unnecessary charges which are added itself by ICICI Credit card. I am not able to Pay these all charges please waive off

NRO Online Login access
I have an NRO account with ICICI. But no internet access. I am not able to create login password using the USER ID that the bank gave me. It says my mobile ph no is not connected to my account though it is. The phone number is there on my checks as well.

I went the Bengaluru to resolve it. Even with 3 weeks of working on it they could not get it working.

One employee at a branch said that the solution might be to cancel all my NRO and NRE accounts. This will involve breaking all my CDs leaving me with a loss of several lakhs. But the employee just shrugged and said ICICI cant help it.

To top it all, the bank employees said that I should talk to their customer service myself since they couldnt reach either their IT services or customer services.!

I have been talking to ICICI people every day. No one is able to help.

Talked to Rajesh from Hyderabad who told me his supervisor was very busy. Thats OK. I dont have anything to do. I can just sit here and call over and over again.

He has said his supervisor names Farookh will call me in a couple of hours.

I have been waiting for years to get internet access. Even went to a branch multiple times last month. Still no access. Now I am waiting for someone from ICICI to call me and fix the problem. Why is it so hard?

I need some of the level of a manager to call me and fix the problem

Worst bank, as compare to other banks. There is no customer care proper time to response i nerver see like this bank
