The customer service at iCanvas is phenomenal. They went above and beyond my expectations not once but twice.

Firstly, the quality of the prints is wonderful, not to mention the vast collection from which to choose. The shipping was reasonably fast (especially given Covid) and the packaging was secure, keeping the product safe from damage.

I had an issue with one work that I purchased, due to my own mistake in measuring, and Matt took care of the issue very promptly and more to my satisfaction than I ever imagined, seeing immediately to a credit for a smaller work and getting it shipped out.
I had one other issue with a previous order, once again due to my mistake, and that was also handled quickly and well.

I'm so impressed with iCanvas! Their service and product is such high quality! I'll be using them over and over!

I have tried to troubleshoot issues and problems with iCanvas but no help there. I ordered three items and am now in the process of trying to get a refund 2 months later. Incredibly frustrating. My advice - look for an alternative. Definitely not worth the hassle.

iCanvas.com may have been the best customer experience I've had in years! My error in ordering resulted in their company going above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I ordered my wife a canvas she saw at a store. I reverse-image Google searched it and iCanvas came up. I measured the area the print would hang and ordered it. Their delivery was quick. We were able to hold the canvas to the wall and my wife, elated with the print, noticed it just didn't fit correctly. She agonized over returning it, but wanted it to be just right. I emailed iCanvas and their response was swift: "Just print this label and bring it in to any UPS store." It cost me nothing to return. A couple days later, they let me know they received it and would have my replacement sent back immediately. They even refunded me the difference in cost between the two sizes! It was MY error! Yet, they paid for shipping it back and refunded me the difference in price. Just wonderful customer satisfaction! I really do appreciate all they have done. Thank you!

One of my oversized pictures arrived damaged. The box was torn and it was clear that passage had not been kind. When I went to have the pictures hung, it was noted that one of the frames was damaged. I reached out to icanvas, sent photos and was offered a replacement. As I still hung the picture (the damage was at the top) and I wouldn't know how to dispose of such a large picture, I declined and they offered me a credit for the damaged item.

I ordered a large canvas to be delivered at Christmas, through no fault of icanvas it had been opened and damaged. Customer service, Matt's response time and assurance to satisfy me and refund, reship was Awesome!

I ordered two beautiful canvas prints and ended up not liking one of them but the return was so easy! Customer service was really great. Overall, I would definitely shop with iCanvas again. The website also has a large variety of great prints (check out Ellen Negley's work if you are looking for something colorful and happy).

We had to return an art piece that did not work for our client. Matt at iCanvas responded immediately and made the process quick and seamless; he went above and beyond our expectations. As a small business owner the expeditious response and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We will definitely order from iCanvas again.

My order was received with some minor damage but after paying over $500 I did not just want to keep it and "deal" with it. Even though I was worried about the return process for such a large piece, the process was extremely easy. They responded promptly to my emails (even though I did not respond to theirs for over 2 weeks) and sent me out a replacement piece free of charge within 2 weeks. I even got to keep the other piece.

Although it took several days to answer my concerns, I have to say that MarinaReally provided me with excellent customer service. I kept trying to call the customer service number and was getting nowhere so I emailed. Marina promptly emailed me back and said that she could initiate a call to me. It was much easier to explain my concerns then have it get lost in all of the other emails that were on backlog. Thank you Marina for your customer service. She really is a valuable asset to your company.
