We ordered a painting of hummingbirds. We ordered it in a horizontal format but when it was delivered it was in a vertical format. So I contacted support and they were fantastic. They asked me to send them a photo of the SKU on the frame and one of the mounts. I sent them the photos and I got a rapid response. They said the painting was in fact mounted incorrectly so they are sending me a new one at their expense. Matt was very helpful and I would definitely order from them again.

Poor quality. Canvas is barely stapled to the frame with big gaps all the way around. I do not recommend.

Beautiful, vibrant colors and fits the area perfectly! Does not have sufficient amount of staples to keep it completely flat on the back. Husband will be adding some staples. It's great otherwise!

Cancelled order well before receiving because I was unclear as to what the actual art was. After a few emails and after a order placed I was informed exactly what I needed wasn't what I would be getting. The cancelation was handled well and all is good thanks to xlint communication.
iCanvas.com may have been the best customer experience I've had in years! My error in ordering resulted in their company going above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I ordered my wife a canvas she saw at a store. I reverse-image Google searched it and iCanvas came up. I measured the area the print would hang and ordered it. Their delivery was quick. We were able to hold the canvas to the wall and my wife, elated with the print, noticed it just didn't fit correctly. She agonized over returning it, but wanted it to be just right. I emailed iCanvas and their response was swift: "Just print this label and bring it in to any UPS store." It cost me nothing to return. A couple days later, they let me know they received it and would have my replacement sent back immediately. They even refunded me the difference in cost between the two sizes! It was MY error! Yet, they paid for shipping it back and refunded me the difference in price. Just wonderful customer satisfaction! I really do appreciate all they have done. Thank you!
ICanvas has some of the BEST paintings I've ever seen! I just purchased two paintings and can I say that I'm in LOVE WITH THEM BOTH! I can't stop staring at them! Thanks iCanvas for adding that little special something to my home! Now I've made a list of paintings that I plan to purchase for my house!
BEYOND disappointed and sad. The paintings I spent over 200 dollars for are awful and looks like something I could've did myself. The contrast is HORRIBLE, the colors? ARE COMPLETELY OFF. The longer I stare at it the more I just want to cry. I had PLANS for my first home to be furnished and decorated after 2 long months and it will not be done thanks to Icanvas, it will not match any of my furnishings and it just will not look complete without the beautiful art I THOUGHT I ordered.
