Great Customer Service

I ordered two art pieces and received them very securely packaged. One did not fit well where I wanted it so I returned it. My credit was very quickly posted to my account. I have ordered another one as replacement and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival.

Stunning

The customer service with icanvas is extremely satisfying. I did have a question with the item I purchased and they so graciously and promptly resolved the question. Purchased the winter snow cardinals print and Christmas Cards. Colors are stunning in the Snow Cardinals. Love it. The Christmas Cards picture the red cardinal is a bit "lost" with the red bird house. Still like the picture. Delivery was quick. Already hung in our living room. Am thinking of doing a canvas with icanvas next time we have a family photo taken. Love icanvas.

Firstly, the quality of the prints is wonderful, not to mention the vast collection from which to choose. The shipping was reasonably fast (especially given Covid) and the packaging was secure, keeping the product safe from damage.

I had an issue with one work that I purchased, due to my own mistake in measuring, and Matt took care of the issue very promptly and more to my satisfaction than I ever imagined, seeing immediately to a credit for a smaller work and getting it shipped out.
I had one other issue with a previous order, once again due to my mistake, and that was also handled quickly and well.

I'm so impressed with iCanvas! Their service and product is such high quality! I'll be using them over and over!

Very good compay

I ordered a large frame canvas. When it initially came, it was damaged. I am mediately contacted the company it was in five days I had the same beautiful canvas undamaged which is now hanging on my wall. They were so gracious and timely about the process. I'm very grateful and love the artwork.

Fantastic Company!

This was my first time to deal with iCanvas, but I can guarantee that it won't be my last. The quality of the canvases that I purchased is remarkable! The only thing that can top the quality of the workmanship is the wonderful service provided by the staff. I was lucky enough to have "linked up" with Andy, and he went out of his way to be sure that I understood the different types of frames. I can't tell you how many times I changed my mind about which canvases that I wanted and how I wanted them framed. Andy was very patient with me threw three purchases and different framing. Never once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time! Excellent Employee!

I ordered the 3 piece picture set. The 3rd picture had a warp in the wood frame. I called Manny and with out hesitation it was replaced and shipped. These pictures are an excellent value and high quality. Can't go wrong!

I love it. The picture looks almost exactly as on the website. My only mistake was in the thickness I ordered. I now understand on a canvas unframed why the default thickness is 3/4". The 1/2" canvas has very slight warp the the wood frame in one place. But still it's very nice.

Although it took several days to answer my concerns, I have to say that MarinaReally provided me with excellent customer service. I kept trying to call the customer service number and was getting nowhere so I emailed. Marina promptly emailed me back and said that she could initiate a call to me. It was much easier to explain my concerns then have it get lost in all of the other emails that were on backlog. Thank you Marina for your customer service. She really is a valuable asset to your company.

I was very impressed with iCanvas's customer service representative, Manny. Manny's response time when answering my e-mails was very quick--even during Covid-19. Not only was he efficient, but he was personable, professional, and conveyed a caring spirit! Besides an amazing selection of images to choose from their customer service is outstanding! I received the wrong image, I contacted iCanvas and they responded immediately they rushed the correct item to me and to not inconvenience me they said I could keep the other print. This was not my first purchase from iCanvas and will not be my last!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company I needed a full refund on a $200 canvas that I had purchased and for reasons of my job was transferred out of state and couldn't have the canvas and the company gave me a full refund on my purchase, that's integrity and responsibility. I will recommend this place to anybody that are looking for quality and beautiful art work plus you will dealing with extremely professionals.

I ordered a canvas print on 10/9/2017. I think it was around 50% off. I wanted to pick up more art on Black Friday when everything was 65% off. What a deal! Well, I looked at the exact same canvas and somehow, after the 65% discount, it was $10 more than what I paid for it in October. So they must have jacked up the MSRP and the regular price in order to discount it. I'm sure many retailers do this and trick you into thinking you are getting a great deal but you are not. Anyway, I like the product and would buy from them again after monitoring prices for a couple weeks to make sure I'm getting the best deal.

One of my oversized pictures arrived damaged. The box was torn and it was clear that passage had not been kind. When I went to have the pictures hung, it was noted that one of the frames was damaged. I reached out to icanvas, sent photos and was offered a replacement. As I still hung the picture (the damage was at the top) and I wouldn't know how to dispose of such a large picture, I declined and they offered me a credit for the damaged item.

I was sent the wrong print and Matt from Icanvas customer service was an absolute dream to work with. I have the correct print enroute to me right now and the process from reporting the mistake to making it right was extremely smooth. I will definitely continue to choose Icanvas for my art needs. I ordered and received 3 canvases. They all were great quality and beautuful. I then realized I had duplicated one item and requested to return with their protocol. After a week I received an apology and explanation as to why they hadn't responded sooner with instructions as to my order. This was so refreshing and reinstated my trust.
