Beautiful artwork, fast shipment and fast delivery. Only downfall was the poor packaging. There was nothing other than small pieces of styrofoam to protect the painting on the corners and the styrofoam broke every where in the box while being shipped and now I tiny pieces of styrofoam all over my living room. I am quite surprised the painting didn't get damaged while being delivered. (I live in Canada and it comes from the United States for reference.) All and all not sure if I would order again.
I can't stress enough how important quality customer service is to me before I purchase a product from a company. With the customer service I received, I am not only guaranteed to purchase from iCanvas again, I will be recommending that my family and friends do too. I recently ordered a painting from icanvas. When it arrived I was less than pleased with the result. I sent them an email mentioning that the rendition was not perfect. To my surprise I got an email back saying they would refund my purchase price. Would that all businesses were this honest and accommodating.
We purchased a picture from icanvas but experienced a problem with the picture. Called their customer service line, spoke to Andrew. He was professional and tried his best to solve the problem. Unfortunately we are unable at this time to rectify the problem and they gave me my full refund right away. I will continue to do business with this credible company who values their customer.
When we received our canvas, it wasn't quite what I was hoping for. I reached out to customer service, and almost immediately got a response back from Chino (who is fabulous by the way). Within a few emails sent back and forth (all of which took five minute or less to receive a response), the company had offered different solutions to help resolve my issue.
I was left with the sincere impression that they truly care about their customers. It may not have worked out this time, but I will certainly use them again.
I ordered two beautiful canvas prints and ended up not liking one of them but the return was so easy! Customer service was really great. Overall, I would definitely shop with iCanvas again. Bought two large canvases for our new home. They are gorgeous, great colors. After about a month the larger canvas started to wrinkle. I tried to tighten it by tapping in the shims as suggested by the company but to no avail. They are going to replace the large canvas and asked me to donate the original. With that kind of customer service you can't go wrong. I will be purchasing more from iCanvas.
I ordered 2 of the idyllic poppy pictures which was even more breathtaking than on the website. One got damaged in shipping and I called and took pictures and they are replacing without any problems and even an apology. Great company to buy from. Great prices also

I requested via email to send me a shipping labor to return an item. It took about a week due to high volume of responses customer service has to take care of. Matt apologize for the late response and said that I can keep the item for free, not to worry about shipping back to them and they will refund me the cost. That was a pleasant surprise. I am a very happy customer.:-)
Have two canvas prints from them both arrived fine on had damage to the frame caused by shippers communication was great right from ordering letting me know the stage the print was at to shipping and approximately delivery dates they keep in touch ensuring I was happy with the service and once the shipment was delivered they followed through with customer serve taking care of the small frame damage to my satisfaction must admit customer service is important to me and they certainly covered that well I have ordered another canvas and look forward to it I'm sure it's going to be the same quality as the early purchase you can purchase with confidence knowing you will be taken care of during the whole process thank you
The picture is pretty. The quality of the frame is moderate to poor. It is not a real mat. I could have bought a better frame/mat at a chain craft store.
I might use the site to order a print but I will have it professionally framed. I will never buy another framed item from Icanvas

My order was received with some minor damage but after paying over $500 I did not just want to keep it and "deal" with it. Even though I was worried about the return process for such a large piece, the process was extremely easy. They responded promptly to my emails (even though I did not respond to theirs for over 2 weeks) and sent me out a replacement piece free of charge within 2 weeks. I even got to keep the other piece.

I ordered two art pieces and received them very securely packaged. One did not fit well where I wanted it so I returned it. My credit was very quickly posted to my account. I have ordered another one as replacement and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival.
The customer service with icanvas is extremely satisfying. I did have a question with the item I purchased and they so graciously and promptly resolved the question. Purchased the winter snow cardinals print and Christmas Cards. Colors are stunning in the Snow Cardinals. Love it. The Christmas Cards picture the red cardinal is a bit "lost" with the red bird house. Still like the picture. Delivery was quick. Already hung in our living room. Am thinking of doing a canvas with icanvas next time we have a family photo taken. Love icanvas.
Firstly, the quality of the prints is wonderful, not to mention the vast collection from which to choose. The shipping was reasonably fast (especially given Covid) and the packaging was secure, keeping the product safe from damage.
I had an issue with one work that I purchased, due to my own mistake in measuring, and Matt took care of the issue very promptly and more to my satisfaction than I ever imagined, seeing immediately to a credit for a smaller work and getting it shipped out.
I had one other issue with a previous order, once again due to my mistake, and that was also handled quickly and well.
I'm so impressed with iCanvas! Their service and product is such high quality! I'll be using them over and over!
