I appreciated the art and thought it suited someone in my life, however, my intuition was wrong. That said, the art was as shown, the quality was exactly what I thought it would be, and the return, amongst my disappointment of the failing gift, was handled far beyond my expectations! I would 100% order from them again!
I have ordered twice, and, unfortunately been disappointed both times. The two canvases I ordered the first time had spots missing that I had to cover with black marker. The framed print I just received had several of the metal fasteners bent to the inside, so the were visible from the front. I don't think I'll try again.
I ordered a stretched canvas of cowboy art. It arrived faster than I would have expected in perfect condition. The picture was even more attractive than seen in the internet. I couldn't be more satisfied with the art and your service.
They were very fast getting tile to me and kept me informed. Tile were in good shape and no damage to any of the glass tile.
The canvas came looking like it was going to be perfect but now that I have it on the wall I can see that there are dense dense in some spots and then bulges in others. There's also little marks all over it and it looks like the end pieces are not full size like in the advertisement I was shopping from. Hopefully the dense will go away and maybe I can wipe the smudges off!
I ordered an 8x10 canvas of American Gothic with cats. The image is nice, however, it looks unfinished. They wrapped the sides with the canvas and it isn't done well at all. Looks like I got it at a craft sale and for that price, I expected better. Also, I think the hand should've been a cats paw rather than a human hand. In their defense, they did remake the canvas, and the corners look better but, for me, it still looks like an unfinished piece.
Not happy with the canvas I purchased at all. The colors were described as black and white also shown in the picture they provided. When I opened the delivery box it was actually black, mostly blue, and white.
I don't know about their canvases, but their framed art is decidedly substandard. Your print may be nice, but their framing is very poor quality. The mat looks like nothing more than paper. The hardware is flimsy and bends--one piece actually came out as I tried to tighten the wire to hang the print, and I had to use another nail and screw it in myself. I normally buy prints at various locations and have them custom framed, which is very expensive. I thought I would try to save some money, but this is just not worth it. Not only that, but even at 60% off, this workmanship is just not worth the price. I will never purchase artwork and have it framed here again. I am very disappointed!
Gorgeous canvas. The view is unbelievable, I put it on my kitchen wall and it changed the whole atmosphere. Got lots of compliments. The customer support were very helpful, I had an slight issue with one of the pictures I ordered and they sent me a replacement. The gentleman who took care of the issue was efficient and very respectful.
Just received my canvas yesterday and was very satisfied. It is exactly the measurements I ordered and the canvas is BEAUTIFUL! Will definitely order from icanvas again!
The picture is pretty. The quality of the frame is moderate to poor. It is not a real mat. I could have bought a better frame/mat at a chain craft store.
I might use the site to order a print but I will have it professionally framed. I will never buy another framed item from Icanvas

The customer service with icanvas is extremely satisfying. I did have a question with the item I purchased and they so graciously and promptly resolved the question. Purchased the winter snow cardinals print and Christmas Cards. Colors are stunning in the Snow Cardinals. Love it. The Christmas Cards picture the red cardinal is a bit "lost" with the red bird house. Still like the picture. Delivery was quick. Already hung in our living room. Am thinking of doing a canvas with icanvas next time we have a family photo taken. Love icanvas.
