While on my food shopping trip to Walmart I had the idea to help others so they could feel empowered and then help others. I took the time on my phone to show many people how to do the Ibotta app. I would love if Ibotta stipend me so I could walk around the stores and help people of all age brackets to use this app. I had fun and by making seem like an adventure or Hunt they enjoyed also. The older generation likes person to person hands on attention. I could really sell this app well for your company because, I Believe!
I did have issues getting my credits, but the ibotta team did resolve them.
Ibotta is just scamming users. They offer lucrative rebate offers, you purchases, submit, they credit you, and you complete bonuses within deadlines. Then before one can withdraw money it is all reversed, suddenly receipts have no offers, are not readable, not eligible, folded and all sorts of vague reasons. Cheating openly to scam users into purchasing stuff and then taking out money from user's accounts. I say a class action is waiting to happen
Ibotta was so great to help me with getting credit for the other 2 items on my receipt that didn't initially scan. Their customer service team is awesome
I loved this app and had almost $75 saved up in my account when I randomly received an email my account was deactivated and all my friends who I referred received the same email. There was not a single violation of the policy on any of our parts. Reading the other reviews I think they do this before actually paying out people. It's sad saving all receipts and submitting them getting excited to save money for it all to mean nothing.
Do not sign up for this app they have 0 customer service, no phone number to call, no nothing but an email. I had nearly $40 in savings and they took it all without any explanation. My account has been permanently deleted just off of their say so. WORST APP EVER
I downloaded app followed directions spent time scanning bar codes and receipt. Took too much time. Then several hours later received email that told me couldn't read date on receipt and to resubmit. Well I didn't save receipt threw it away after putting away groceries. What a waste of time. Removed app. Not worth my time. Scam.
Had issues with my account, (not sure what happened) looked like my rewards were gone for good. I reached out to the Ibotta site, they pretty much held my hand through the process and I'm Very Happy to say my rewards were recovered and back in my account.
I was saving so much money and honestly didn't have a problem until the last update. Customer service is AWFUL. You get very generic replies and it takes up to 4 days to even get one of those. I run in To problems when I buy more than one of the same product. It says you can get up to 3 but if you buy more than one you won't get credit. Then you have to jump through hoops for weeks and half the time still do not receive all your credit. The sad thing is that when I scan my receipts it shows the proper credit but when they credit my account it is wrong because they do not credit for the multiple items. I have also had my account locked so now I just go ahead and transfer after 20 or 30 dollars accumulates. I am fighting right now to get a lost more than 10 dollars so I am done with Ibotta. It has turned in to such a rip off. Ill go back to coupons.

My Giant Eagle receipts seem to get stuck in processing mode a lot
I submit a request to Ibotta and they are always very quick to respond and rectify the problem. I really appreciate the turn around time and results
Although my purchases are supposed to be recorded when I visit $#*!s Market. $#*!s says it is not their fault. You tell me it is working but it is not. That is my closest grocery store & I am frustered that Ibotta doesn't work there.
Also uhapppy with scanning the reciepts at Smiths & other stores. Dificult & time consuming.
I have been using Ibotta for a few years now. My lifetime earnings is about $1300. It's a great way to get rebates on products I normally use, as well as an opportunity to try new products. As I mentioned, I have been using Ibotta for a while. I have only had one bad experience, and it was last Thanksgiving. Other than that, everything has been great.
My daughter in college try's to earn extra money to help with costs. She opened an Ibotta account and it wouldn't work. So I, her mother was able to open one for her in my iPhone. I went to visit her, took her to buy groceries and had her try to access the account from her computer as I did not have my phone on me. She would have been able to collect $10.00. Ibotta shut the account down saying their rules were broken by opening the account on my phone. Funny they didn't mention it for months until she wa ready to get paid. From what I've read they are a scam. It's advertising and purchase tracking at its finest as scans go.
I almost never write reviews, but this App is just so awful, I just wanted to warn others. It is constantly not applying the credit for purchases and receipts. Whenever customer service is contacted, it would take about a week for them to reply, and they don't even end up helping or correcting issues. I mean, if you are not going to provide credits, then don't say you will provide them. It causes a lot of frustration and wasted time. If you have time on your hands, you can give it a try. Otherwise, don't even bother. The credits are usually pretty low too, so if your time is valuable, this app is probably not worth your time.
It's a great company and easy to receive money, as long as everything goes smoothly. As soon as something goes wrong, or you don't get a rebate or bonus the customer service team does not help or respond to any emails. They also don't have any other way of contacting them. All in all it's really not worth it.
Unmute, the coupon in, I've gotten pretty good with it at CBS in with everything that has been going on my health. These cash back discounts make up a large portion of our finances in which I cannot contribute because I'm disabled
Wow, so at first, I was really skeptical about the app, didn't think I'd ever earn anything, then I started my shopping list using ibotta and bada-bing, Bada Ching! I couldn't believe I hit the $50's club as fast as I did! Sometimes, the app paid for the product I bought, ya can't beat that! Add coupons, and savings are great! Love this app, and will continue to use it and earn money!
I had to contact customer service for missing credit. They explained to me why it was missing (it was my error) After submitting a few other things, although they didn't need to (because like I said, my fault) they did issue my the money my offer was valid for. They instructed me on how to submit for online pick up orders so I can get proper credit in the future.
I did very well except there were several items that were not available at the store and then I didn't get credit for the package of 15 bottles of Boost that I was supposed to get $5.00 back. I don't know why the Boost was $25.33.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
