Started out excited for deals. Got quite a bit back... now as soon as an item goes on sale at your store which would combine with their rebate... they drop that store about the time you buy and then can't submit for cash back. Example: Honey bunches of oats went on sale at Kroger for $1.79. Ibotta advertised $1.25 back per box... amazing deal. But the next week they reset it and I could try the deal again. It shows available at Kroger...I bought it. Tried to claim and now they removed Kroger as an available store. I get that some offers expire but literally the best deals suddenly expire moments after the customer might have an advantage. Zevo bug plug in went bogo at Publix (one would cost about $12) and ibotta had $10 back. Guess what they took the rebate off for publix and only available at other retailers where it's more expensive. Also not everyone gets the same offers. Could be good... could be bad. It's work to look through and add offers. On fetch you don't have to do anything but scan your receipt and the figure out what you have and what you're getting back in an instant... not perfect bc it may miss occasionally since it's a computer reading it. But their customer service fixed it right away with just a message. I've saved a couple hundred dollars since I started Ibotta 6 months ago so that's good. But I've missed out on so much more due to changing the offers. Not expireng offers... just that they change it. I think fetch with its issues at times is still superior. But none of these rebate apps is the best. It's still work and time to save.
My missing cashback case was taken care off within less than 3 hours and everything was corrected and explained in details. It's a wonderful experience! Thank you.

They are hreat if you ever have a problem with a rebate. They have always had it fixed in minutes!

My Weis transaction wasn't received by Ibotta. I contacted them an submitted the transaction manually. Ibotta investigate the problem and give me my cash back in a few days.
I waited for over a week and was unable to even let y'all know I was missing cash back on my purchase. I am missing multiple offers and ordered those products ONLY because of the cash back.
I thought you could redeem through walmart on one receipt, and through ibotta on another, apparently not in this case. They helped me make it right though and they were very nice about it. Thank you all sooo much for being such an awesome company!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and have saved so much money with it over the years. Recently I was missing a significant amount of cash back on a scanned receipt so I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved within a couple of email exchanges to provide information. I can't recommend this app highly enough.

New offers also introduce items I'm willing to try. Bonus offers encourage additional purchases. Counting per item rather than per offer has helped me as I shop for a few households.
Missing cash and was told that item didn't qualify but it clearly stated that the product met the requirements. Jeric reviewed the claim and manually posted the credit to my account
The app is Easy to use. You can link accounts to get cash back from clubs that don't give receipts and Ibotta emails you if you miss a cash back offed
I had three items that didn't show up for the cash back I contacted them and they corrected it superfast. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this company and would recommend them to all my friends and family

My receipt from Walmart on 12-22-24 on which $6.60 was my rebate came into question probably because my listed normal debit/credit card used was the 2nd card used instead of the 1st/only. I needed to empty a gift card 1st before then using the debit/credit card I normally use for purchases at Walmart. Your system didn't find the 2nd card, only the 1st.
I love that they auto submit my receipts with Walmart now. I'm a busy mom and it makes things so much easier on me

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
