I purchased Velveeta cheese. The bonus was to purchase Ro*Tel diced tomatoes. I did! And I did not receive the bonus which was to be $2.22, instead I received $1.00 for the cheese.
I am happy with the Customer Service that I received so far except for when I have a problem there is nobody I can talk to or email besides the robot who does not understand anything that I am requesting. This is the second time I've had a problem and there's no way for me to contact anybody except for the robot and she just goes in circles And that's not acceptable in my opinion and I'm not happy about it
This app has a lot of stores with a lot of rebates, they always pay out, your cash back is usually posted within a few days, and if you ever do have an issue you can always get in touch with customer care and they actually respond back and they actually fix your problem. It's nice to have a rebate app that actually has customer service that responds correctly.
I couldn't log into my account and I had previously reached out for something unrelated and they helped me out and helped me get back into my account.

I enjoy ibotta, but i don't understand why? Aldi and dollar tree have the same product listed as the large supermarkets, Aldi carry different products, so does dollar tree, why? This is the reason for 4 stars, all stores are not a like.
I have been with Ibotta for many many many years and every time I've had any issues they've always pulled through! Their customer support team responds in a timely manner and are always super courteous! Great job Ibotta Customer Care!
It's really unfortunate each time I order from chewy I use autoship for even more discounts. Each time I order I have to wait until I get my Ibotta cash back & then go into my Chewy account and cancel my autoship because you don't get credit on Ibotta for the next autoshipped order. I think I'm upto #53 on my autoship orders. Each time it's a new number. Lot of hassle.
Very difficult to use Chewy. Don't always get credit. Can't use Ibotta & autoship & get discount.
I had a question regarding a coupon that I didn't get credit for from Ibotta. Mary from customer service explained why I wasn't credited (I got Wal-Mart cash so I was not permitted to get both) and then gave me credit anyway. All within a couple hours of my inquiry! Excellent explanation of the issue and a great resolution. Thank you!
I'm dissatisfied with the app and how receipts are submitted. Furthermore, how to delete my account and receive the money I've accumulated thus far. I'm extremely dissatisfied overall.

I contacted ibotta for something that I didn't get credit for. They were professional and explained in detail why. It was my fault and the explained in detail what I did wrong. They wre very quick to respond.

The people at Ibotta do a good job. It's Walmart that gives me problems with my receipts. They owe me over $38.
