I really like Ibotta. The app is easy to use. You can scan your reciept manually or attach your stores loyalty card and let the app take things from there. If you attach your stores loyalty card to Iotta, you won't have to worry about missing cash back opportunities. Easy peasy way to earn a few bucks.
I love using the ibotta app. Not only does it pay me to buy things I buy all the time but I use the app to look at new products as well as give me ideas on different things for meals. At first I thought it seemed a little confusing but it was a lot simpler than I thought. Now I always make my grocery list while viewing the app. I have just made it to the $50.00 dollar club. Yes... FREE MONEY! All you have to do is be prepared before you shop. Look into the app and what offers are available, choose the ones that you will purchase. If your credit card or loyalty card is connected, your free money will show up in your designated account in about 3-4 business days. If your accounts are connected then you need to take a picture of the receipt and submit it. It really is easier to have your accounts connected. Once you check out at the given store, Ibotta does the rest for you. VERY MUCH worth my time and I would highly recommend this app to anyone that would like to save money!
Overall, I've been fairly satisfied with Ibotta and my earnings through grocery, various retailers and restaurants. However, I don't understand why there are hundreds of offers available across many stores/retailers, such as Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, etc., but those same offers are not available for BJ's Wholesale Club—you only offer a handful, and I've noticed it's never for products like paper towels, toilet paper or laundry detergents—why is that?! I wish someone would look into that… needs to change!

Items that are pictured and described are then rejected after having to scan barcodes. Items with rebates always seem to be brands other than what I bought on last few receipts. We shouldn't have to scroll through pages of offers to pick rebates.

I have had an issue the past two purchases of my watermelon. I literally took a picture of the sign that says it's a Florida melon this time and still refused. I was also refused a refund from pillsbury biscuits but the picture shows the small biscuit cans in the picture..

I use iBotta daily. There are so many distractions like phone calls, emails, etc. And 90% of them are junk. But the little bit of time I spend using iBotta is 100% productive. So as far as I am concerned...Saving money is always worth the time!

The Ibotta Care Team has a speedy respond every time I have any issues. Some times they have forgot to accredit my bonuses. But as soon I request to check my account, they have they have a speedy response.

I am new to Ibotta. I just got it 2 weeks ago and was so excited to use it! I finally managed to save 30 dollars and I went to cash out the money I had saved and of course... it doesn't work. I've tried for 3 days to get in touch with customer service but there must be no such thing because I haven't heard anything. Thinking this is a big scam. Every time I try and get my gift card it says for me to retry and that the connection is bad... my connection to the internet is fine... I've tried it with and without WiFi.
I just started using Ibotta and wasn't sure how it worked. So I emailed them and they got back to me next morning answering my questions and helped me with my concerns! Great costumer service experience
Customer service is conveniently located, in comparison to other shop reward aps. It did take a couple of attempts to correct. However, it was with little to no hassle.
Had Ibotta for over a month and met the requirements for $20. Took 3 days to post, didn't credit a purchase and pending $20 earnings just disappeared.
Can't get in touch with Care Team. What a waste of time!
After receiving an unhelpful automated reply about which I wrote a frustrated review, I received a response from an actual person who DID read my question and handled it. I am very grateful for the opportunity that Ibotta gives me to earn cash back, but I don't care for the AI-type responses that really do no read/understand the question or realize the extent of what I have tried already. I've been very happy with Ibotta, the only instance where I clipped an item and when I went to claim it on Ibotta, the receipt couldn't read the date, the receipt must have needed ink.

I had earned $66.00 with shopping, then they changed app versions. Now unable to get into the app unless I get a new phone! Which I am not going to do due to the cost! They have never offered to even send me a gift card for that which I have lost. So with that being said I would be cautious of using this app as to who knows what changes are to take place next!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
