This app is by far my favorite! I often quit using and app because I'm over scanning but this one keeps me in! I got $16 back just on one! It's easy to use and has tons of different stores and different types of items.
I got away from doing Ibotta for a while. It was always hard for me to have time uploading receipts. I really do like the new way of linking my account to Walmart, which eliminates the hassle of uploading receipts. Yay! Glad to be back!
This company uses any excuse to steal you money you work hard to earn... first they reject legit offered you try to claim... then later when you get to cash out if you lose the number you signed up with that is their excuse not to pay you... never mind your paypal account is still the same. And honest company would have other ways to verify since phone numbers come and go...
I love using this app and saving money on products I use every day and also to try new products. Easy to use and great savings. I prefer this over other apps because you actually get money back instead of points. It makes it easy to understand your savings.
This app is easy and hard to navigate at times. I finally made it to $20. Took awhile and I never got the $10 referral from inviting a friend, so that was kind of annoying. I'm hoping that I will actually get the $20 I've earned. Will check back in with you all if I actually get it put into my bank account! Have a great day! The biggest complaint I have about this is they Deny half of my receipts and a lot of times when you shop online through their app.You do not get credit for anything.And if you reach out to them it can take months for them to fix it which is totally unacceptable. It seems like more work than it's worth. The higher the Rebate.

I have been with Ibotta for years now. It works and is worth it. Just need to continuously use it and pay attention to the bonuses. If there are any issues they are quickly and professionally reconciled. I have suggested it to family and friends.
Sebastian C and Marie V were very professional and caring when dealing with the issue of the poor quality in a receipt which caused it to not be picked up for rebates.

The times I've needed to contact support are quite a few in my opinion. Most reps are great and ready what I send in careful and fix my issues. Unfortunately the app is the reason I need to contact support so often. It will recognize offers when I submit my receipt my doesn't credit me on all offers. And when I contact support they can't see I activated the offer that I didn't receive credit for even though I did.
Long story short. Customer service reps are great. App definitely needs work.
You guys rejected my receipt because it was wet and ripped. That's not right. I spent alot of money to get the 18 items just to get the 25.45 which includes the $5 bonus. Now you rejected my receipt after I went back to the store and resubmitted and now you lock my account because I want the money that I earned. Ridiculous.
Love gettting cashback for my purchases. It's awesome it's like an added bonus so you can make more money in the end. Saving money is the best
I have been using Ibotta for over 6 months now. On occasion if I do have an issue the staff is always very helpful and takes care of it. The easiest way to reach out to them is on facebook and they respond within the day.It is a very easy app to use. I love the fact you can use coupons as well for an even better deal. I have never had issues getting my money from them.
This is the best money saving app going! They even send you notifications that you missed an offer and give you the opportunity to add it.

I love Ibotta. Their site is very easy to use. You can go back-and-forth between your checked off Ibotta items and the store you're shopping in. There are a lot of unconventional items in any particular store that you can choose from.
This is by far the easiest and most savings couponing app you'll find. Cash back offers are simple to find and even easier to redeem. The bonuses are always a great added incentive to use Ibotta. This is truly a fantastic resource for all those looking for savings as easy as it comes.
Long wait times to get help with ibotta making errors and not giving me credit towards money makers for the items I redeem cash back for. They advertise these big nice bonuses and then they won't give you credit for what you bought to get the bonus. Especially when you order online thru their app, then when you get your cash back they don't give you credit for the items that you bought so you lose the money makers. They basically claim that you can get some money, then when you buy what you need to make the money, then they don't give you credit and won't even answer in a timely manner so that the bonuses you work towards expire. Then they claim they can't do anything. I do not recommend online ordering with them if you want to get a bonus because their system doesn't work right.
I did two Tyson offers and now after numerous emails I have credit for one I'd much rather be able to submit a receipt for DG since hardly any offers linked to my account work I lost two 7$ bonuses because of these issues
Ibotta is an awesome app that gives you cash back at a wide variety of stores both online and in store. I without a doubt recommend everybody to use Ibotta and get money back for the things you'd by normally. They also have a referral program that starts you off with $10 on your account after you get your first Cashback at any store. Thanks Ibotta for being you!
