The Kentucky legend ham I've bought before and got the 3.00 and this time it declined it declined another time too. It is the right product. I am starting to believe Walmart is coding it so it dosnt go through or your declining for whatever purpose!

I bought four boxes of Kelloggs Frosted Mini Wheats at Publix. Your app only saw three. I attempted to correct it in the app using the missing items link. I scanned the fourth box and submitted. Later, I checked to see if I got credit. The transaction said that my submission was corrected, but there was no change. I only received $1.50 instead of $2.00 and I am missing one count towards the Weekend bonus.

Great way to save money!

Since you are already Spending money - buying groceries, eating out or shopping retail - you might as well get some credit for it! Nice easy way to have EXTRA money. Cash it out early or save for a sweet check at the end of year! Can't go wrong. Period!

I've had ibotta for a few years but in the beginning I couldn't figure it out, but in the last 2 years I've started using it again and it is amazing! I automatically check the app before my shopping trips or randomly to see what's new! When I'm missing anything which doesn't happen often at all they are quick to fix it and respond fast no days of waiting! Definitely a go to for me.

Excellent customer service

Great App!

I have been using it for several years now and find it entertaining and worth the time to look through the products for ones I use. Sometimes I have found something I really like because it was available and I tried it out.
The site has gotten easier to navigate and I like how they can even help you out finding items on yoiir receipts you may have overlooked. It is a great company to deal with!

I have trouble making sure items qualify when purchasing online. Even when the specific item ended up not being the right flavor for the offer (I thought unsweetened was the same as zero sugar) they gave me the credit anyways! And so kind in their explanation!

I can simply say I was able to find something from my shopping list on the Ibotta app while shopping at Target. I was reimbursed a descent amount and overall happy and excited to continue shopping at many other locations with this app.

I scan items before purchasing at store.

I bought per your directions on the app in store and the grands 8 count cinnamon rolls got first had no rebate. So read carefully and got the pilsbury grands 5 count deluxe cinnamon rolls and purchased two on your app in store and app said it qualified with a green check. Get home app states doesn't quilify now?

Great Experience

All of my interactions with Ibotta's customer support team have been extremely pleasant. They respond to issues right away, unlike most other apps where it takes days and days to get problems corrected. Also, it's so nice to know you're talking to a person instead of getting an automated response. I love Ibotta! Very happy user over here :)

Great agent

Missing Cash

It was a Bonus for $2.00 that was missing from my account. I sent in note with the required products that I purchased. My ticket was closed and the money put on my account very quickly. I am very happy with ibotta, I love using it.
