I was missing cash, from a purchase. I had used a store coupon & didn't realize I couldn't do both. The rep., Sebastian, kindly credited me for the amount & explained, for future purchases. Very courteous, polite & helpful.
I had an issue with a self checkout register not giving me a receipt for a purchase I made, that was an Ibotta offer. I went to the customer service desk in an attempt to retrieve my receipt, but they could not find it. So I repurchased the item. I had to get a refund because I actually paid for the item twice. I did get my money back for one of the purchases but it created a receipt problem. After reaching out to the Ibotta team and explaining what had occurred, they worked with me to ensure I received credit for my purchase. Thank you Ibotta Care Team. (France)

I had to be out of the country for 6 months, and Ibotta starts to charge fees after that time. I explained my situation, and Ibotta was willing to forgive the fees once I got back. They didn't have to, but did, and that made me feel like they cared more about me than the fees. I'll stick with them.

I emailed ibotta about an issue i had logging into my account after my personal info had changed. When i updated my phone i was logged out. Tye team fixed my issue and emailed me within 24hrs and i logged back in and started earning again.

I experienced a problem when I submitted my receipt. I was missing cash back, so I did the usual, scan the barcode, but it said it didn't match even though the product was the right one. I wasn't able to resubmit following the directions online. So I reached out to the helpdesk and the Ibotta team was very quick to resolve my missing cash back issue. I was missing my 10% back. Apparently I did not clip the 10% before I went shopping which I thought I did. I sent an email about the issue and about the 10% not reflecting in my account and less than 24 hours they fixed the issue, they gave me my 10% that I was missing. Actually any time I've had an issue whether it's user error lol or a glitch in the system they are always responsive and very helpful. I always try getting people to sign up because it's such a trustworthy platform.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
