Good service and quick resolution

I recently had an issue with a SheaMoisture rebate (limit 2) where only one was credited. I contacted Ibotta Care and Leslie quickly reviewed my case, corrected the receipt, and added the missing $3. It took more than one week for an Ibotta care person to help after leaving numerous emails. I do not like going through all emails but one person Frances D did her job no sooner when I provided her the information. I was annoyed with all the rest keep sending me emails. I did provide to first care person Sharia all the information but she did not help at all. Please review my email to see how many care persons attempted to help but did not! I was not happy that it took so long. Thank you Frances D for going beyond your job to get me my Walmart dated 8-17 cash back from Veggie Straws and garlic olives.

I have been using this app for close to a year. Have earned over $30 in rebates, whether from using one of their coupons, or the actual cash back percentage from shopping in the store or online. Recently, I made an online shopping purchase at CVS (linked within Ibotta) and for some reason their system didn't detect the purchases. Waited the appropriate 72 hours before requesting, after providing all details of the purchase, they were pretty quick to add those rebates to my account.

5 Star Savings App and Customer Service

While there are several savings apps to choose from, Ibotta is the best at product and rebate selections, participating merchants, and prompt and stellar customer service! It's the only app I use and trust. Since downloading, I have earned over $1500 in rebates and always have an expansive library of redemption options to choose from. The best part is earning money back on gift cards purchased with my saved Ibotta funds. I will forever be a loyal Ibotta user. Thank you Ibotta!

Submitted a meijer receipt. It said I'd get. 65 cents. I hit submit. Next day I see an email saying it wasn't right. Resubmit. So I redid it. Says I'll get. 65 cents. Next day. Another email. It won't take it. Whatever. Very frustrating.

Frustrating

Items that I have taken the time to activate and show they are activated and I have bought do not get recognized. I even scan the item to make sure it's the correct items they still do not get recognized. At this time, I'm not recommending anyone to use this app.

Fixed the problem

It was a little tough to get past the automated chatbot but once I did and got a live person who helped troubleshoot my issue. There were a couple of email back and forth to resolve the rewards card not picking up my items and I was given my cash back. They were very helpful.

Disappointed

I had two rebates on my offers in the store I got home and the offers were gone. I had bought five of one product and four of the other and now I can't even rebate. It really irritated me disappointed big time.

I had some amazing service by Ibotta. I was suppose to get money back from an online purchase and I had not received it. Ibotta did not receive any information from the retailer contact they had and they still added money to my account. I have used this app for years and have always had great customer service.

Excellent Customer Service!

I had a missing Walmart grocery order with over 13 offers plus bonuses. It was an error because of the Walmart app. It was a hassle to get all the information that Ibotta needed BUT they issued ALL my offers and Bonuses in a timely manner. It was worth it! I would not hesitate to reach out to Ibotta Customer Service in the future. I love Ibotta I've recently hit the $1,000 Club and love that I can earn money on items I regularly purchase. Thanks Ibotta!

I love Ibotta. I've earned quite a bit since I started using it a couple of years ago, and it is super easy to do. My main "rave" though, is their customer care team. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with an offer, the team is on top of it and has it resolved quickly, and are always pleasant as well. (Shout out to Shiro M., who took care of an issue for me yesterday and was wonderful!). I have nothing but good things to say about Ibotta, and definitely tell others about it as well 😊

Ibotta continues to play this game with me, I add to the list like I am supposed to, have screenshots to prove it. Don`t offer money back if you can not honor the offer. This is a weekly event with your company, there are federal and state laws against this.

I pretty much have good experience with your I bought it, but I'm not real knowledgeable about a lot of stuff but this particular one for some reason the pumpkin spice did not take because it's probably a new product and it's not in the system so I just need a dollar credit thank you.
