It happens way too often when I don't receive cash back on all of my offers. When I submit it I may receive cash back but not credit towards the offers where I'm earning enough to get the bonus for mid week or weekend etc.

I tried 3 times to get the cash. I purchased Lily's Toaster Grills. I scanned the UPCs in the store and when I got home. It said I matched. You tell me I don't! I usually have a good experience, but this is frustrating!

I had inquired about the deductions on my account due to low activity. I requested to reconsider the deductions and have some of the money earned credited back. This was quickly reviewed and was credited back the money that had previously deducted. I was explained the process due to low activity but was given a courtesy credit. Great experience! Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
