Please offer cash back on many more products or all products at CVS. I would also like to have cash back WITHOUT having to add the item to our CVS account in order to get cash back. This is an unnecessary extra step. It would be so much easier to go to the CVS link and click ADD ALL PRODUCTS. I would like to see this with all the stores that we shop at.

When I initially submitted rebate it indicated a rebate of 7.60 but when the final notification came through it it said 1.60. Where did the rebate for silk kids for 6.00 go
I got money back because all I did was register my card and go through eligible items to claim.

My email was hacked and I had to change it. Like many sites, one needs access to their old email to make a change to a new one with Ibotta. I was able to email the "Help Desk" - Ibotta Care and they helped me very quickly to make the change. Now I am sure to receive communications from Ibotta I don't want to miss and can sign in online as well as on phone. Clearly I couldn't fix this on my own was very lucky to be able to tap into help at Ibotta.

Hello, I've recently had multiple issues with items not being properly identified or matched to offers in the Ibotta app. I often need to report missing cash back—sometimes more than once. Here are the most recent examples: 8/29/25 – Giant Food Purchased: 2 Klondike Cream Sandwiches I double-checked that the item and store matched the offer before purchase. Submitted receipt, but the items did not match. I requested a review, but it was still rejected. 8/29/25 – Harris Teeter Purchased: 5 Nathan's Hot Dogs and 5 Nathan's Hot & Spicy Hot Dogs I received credit for both items, but the $0.50 bonus for buying 1 package of Nathan's Hot Dogs and 1 package of Nathan's Hot & Spicy Hot Dogs was not credited. The explanation I received stated that I needed to buy "1 package of Nathan's Hot Dogs," which I clearly did.
I had a wonderful experience fixing a missing offer with Richie! He was kind, professional, and compassionate. I messed up and forgot to add a qualifying offer to my list before I bought it, and he understood that I am human and gave me credit for my purchase! THANKS Richie [:

I have had a pleasant experience with the help center. They were very responsive to my inquiries and very helpful with resolving my issue in a fast paced manner. They kept me update as we moved along. The turn around time was less than 24 hours, which was phenomenal. Quality of service was excellent.

I accidently added 5 rebates to the wrong item. I got an email about the reversal and was able to chat with an assistant who then got me to set up a ticket for my issue. I got an email about 20 minutes later that they had fixed my issue and all was resolved! It was super easy and quick! Jeric did a fabulous job and it only took a few minutes! :)

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
