I purchased 2 bottles of Absolut vodka, but was credited for only one. I rescanned both items, submitted the missing cash link and submitted a help ticket and still no help with the missing $3.00
There's sometimes issues with using the app, but the customer service team definitely is there to help fix any problems!

It usually puts the money in the account of your choice. Just recently they have a freeze and no customer support. But they really do pay if you use the app.
I emailed a discrepancy with one of my purchases. I immediately received an automatic response right back saying they received your email and someone will respond shortly. Within an hour, I received another email which stated my discrepancy was corrected and they explained what happened. It was such a pleasure dealing with the Ibotta support team. Thank you.

I have used Ibotta for years and feel their service is great! I recently encountered an issue where the receipt I scanned failed to detect the item I purchased, and I was unable to enter the barcode manually. After contacting the help center, Pinky and Kariza quickly resolved the issue. I am delighted with the help I received and definitely recommend Ibotta to others!

Once again, customer care center came through again! I don't normally shop at Walmart, but I had some gift cards from surveys. Cash back didn't apply correctly. Ibotta fixed the issues and awarded me the cash back. Again, thanks and a big shout out to my favorite cash back app, IBOTTA!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
