Bought stuff on Sat from Price Chopper. Scanned in for $2.50 rebate for. 50 on 5 drink mixes. Sunday I realized it didn't take and needed to scan receipt but the items were no longer on coupon. Bought Sat. Thought scab took as in past. Scanned Sunday. No money. :(

I'm sure we've all had our issues with the iBotta app. I selected an item, bought that item and since it was purchased with a linked card I assumed I'd get my cash. It was almost a week later so I resubmitted it manually and was told I missed the 7 day deadline. I filled out a ticket and they honored my submission. Seems like a lot to go through for $2 but it was worth it and they usually will help you out.

Ibotta is absolutely my favorite app to use for grocery shopping and making online purchases. I always start with Ibotta to save money and cash in for rebates. They are also very good at helping you when technical support is needed or if there's an error such as not receiving the correct rebate, as long as you provide receipts and documentation like screenshots to support your claim. Like this evening, I did not receive a rebate for an item from Walmart due to an error, but I was credited with the correct amount within a few hours of sending a help ticket in. Ibotta is really good at getting back to you in a timely manner.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
