There had been a $1 rebate at Publix - I am not sure when it was taken off the applied stores. I am sure I checked this morning, not sure if I checked the stores. I bought five today- disappointed.

I had two receipts that were worth 20 cents each. I submitted them a few minutes apart. I only received the credit for the first one. After contacting the Care Team, I learned that one cannot submit the second receipt until the credit has been received for the first one. I never knew that was how it works and I don't think it's fair, especially because I have never seen that in writing.

Lately I had to submit a ticket because rebates were missing missing 3 rebates now. Please review 2 on El Paso taco shells 1 on tortillas.
So helpful to get extra money back for items on my list. Also, there are some items I I would normally buy later, but the cash back makes it cheaper now.

I submitted my receipt for the correct item but didn't receive any payment, contacted customer support and they were very understanding about my issue, they explained that my receipt was before the item was posted on Ibotta. My mistake, but they were so kind to give me a courtesy payment and I thank them for being so generous. Best customer

I've had a few frustrating encounters with Ibotta support in the past. In the last 6 months (maybe 9), they have been amazing! I'm getting issues resolved with 1 email. I try to be specific when I submit a "missing cashback" request. I no longer dred having to submit a support ticket. Frances D was a lifesaver today!

Had issues with a on line order. I didn't' receive all of my funds from some of the items I issued. I contacted the customer service and they dealt the issue right away. They were very courteous and got me the funds that were missing with little to no action on my end. I've been using Ibotta for over 3 years and love how easy it is to use.

I submitted receipt and received 1 credit for an item, but it missed grapes that was on the receipt and it asked me for a barcode and this item didn't have a barcode.How am I supposed to get credit for something without a barcode? I tried talking to the chatbot but that didn't get me any answers either, can you help.Thanks

I have wrote Ibotta Care about an offer that was mistakenly handled, and it took a couple minutes here comes 3 emails in a row letting me know that they're working on the issue. A bit later they emailed be it's been handled, hooray, in a very timely manner, I know I'm being cared for from the timing!

My receipt was clear, and I bought two Great Grains cereals and should have gotten 50 cents per box. It caught one from the receipt, but then I scanned the barcode to get the next one, but it still only gave me 50 cents. The offer is 50 cents per box, and the varieties I bought both qualify. I have not redeemed the limit yet, so I should get $1.00. Please credit me the second 50 cents.
I just needed to update my phone number associated with my account and was not able to get it to work through the app. I messaged Ibotta and within 24 hours received a response. After verifying my information and directions on how to do it I was able to successfully update it. For being such a large online company it's nice to see the timely and friendly customer service. I love this app and use it everyday!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
