It's the only app I use and trust. Since downloading, I have earned over $1500 in rebates and always have an expansive library of redemption options to choose from. Submitted a meijer receipt. It said I'd get. 65 cents. I hit submit. Next day I see an email saying it wasn't right. Resubmit. So I redid it. Says I'll get. 65 cents. Next day. Another email. It won't take it. Whatever. Very frustrating.

Items that I have taken the time to activate and show they are activated and I have bought do not get recognized. I even scan the item to make sure it's the correct items they still do not get recognized. At this time, I'm not recommending anyone to use this app.

It was a little tough to get past the automated chatbot but once I did and got a live person who helped troubleshoot my issue. There were a couple of email back and forth to resolve the rewards card not picking up my items and I was given my cash back. They were very helpful.

I had two rebates on my offers in the store I got home and the offers were gone. I had bought five of one product and four of the other and now I can't even rebate. It really irritated me disappointed big time.

I had some amazing service by Ibotta. I was suppose to get money back from an online purchase and I had not received it. Ibotta did not receive any information from the retailer contact they had and they still added money to my account. I have used this app for years and have always had great customer service.

I had a missing Walmart grocery order with over 13 offers plus bonuses. It was an error because of the Walmart app. It was a hassle to get all the information that Ibotta needed BUT they issued ALL my offers and Bonuses in a timely manner. It was worth it! I would not hesitate to reach out to Ibotta Customer Service in the future. I love Ibotta I've recently hit the $1,000 Club and love that I can earn money on items I regularly purchase. I love Ibotta. I've earned quite a bit since I started using it a couple of years ago, and it is super easy to do. My main "rave" though, is their customer care team. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with an offer, the team is on top of it and has it resolved quickly, and are always pleasant as well. (Shout out to Shiro M., who took care of an issue for me yesterday and was wonderful!). I have nothing but good things to say about Ibotta, and definitely tell others about it as well 😊

Ibotta continues to play this game with me, I add to the list like I am supposed to, have screenshots to prove it. Don`t offer money back if you can not honor the offer. This is a weekly event with your company, there are federal and state laws against this.
I pretty much have good experience with your I bought it, but I'm not real knowledgeable about a lot of stuff but this particular one for some reason the pumpkin spice did not take because it's probably a new product and it's not in the system so I just need a dollar credit thank you.

I had an issue with a self checkout register not giving me a receipt for a purchase I made, that was an Ibotta offer. I went to the customer service desk in an attempt to retrieve my receipt, but they could not find it. So I repurchased the item. I had to get a refund because I actually paid for the item twice. I did get my money back for one of the purchases but it created a receipt problem. After reaching out to the Ibotta team and explaining what had occurred, they worked with me to ensure I received credit for my purchase. Thank you Ibotta Care Team. (France)

I had to be out of the country for 6 months, and Ibotta starts to charge fees after that time. I explained my situation, and Ibotta was willing to forgive the fees once I got back. They didn't have to, but did, and that made me feel like they cared more about me than the fees. I'll stick with them.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
