I love using the ibotta app but when I shop to get my cash back from my Ibotta offers I almost always have to contact the Ibotta team because my earnings never arrive in my Ibotta app until I contact Ibotta care team

I shopped at weis markets on 9/3/2025. I didn't get a rebate until 9/7/2025. When your bonuses only last 3-4 days how accurate is ibotta at awarding those bonuses. I love the ease of adding the rebates for unlinked accounts (Walmart, wegmans, cvs…) I hate how long it takes for weis rebates.

After I believe 3-4 tries to have my receipt accepted it was finally accepted. But not for each item on the receipt.
I really enjoyed Ibotta until it logged me out and when I logged back in, the money I had earned was gone. I had almost $20.00 dollars. I usually wait until I have $25 to $50 bucks but I question doing that now. I gave Ibotta another chance but if it happens again I will stop using. I also don't like how products I purchased online are not included in the regular earnings. We have proof of purchase, so shouldn't we get the same earnings? Why does it matter if go in the grocery store or order online.
I am very happy with the customer service provider by Alexa at Ibotta. In less than 3 hours she was able to resolve the issue. I can say hands down Ibotta has the best customer service.

I recently experienced some inconsistency at a grocery store. I had gone to get items that were eligible for cash back. And forgot my receipt. I returned to the store within minutes. And the lady said she could only go back four receipts. But couldn't find mine! I reached out to customer service for some help. The first representative didn't help me. Great customer service! In today's society when you call and you can't get anyone to listen but you get that rare great customer service, well Ibotta was that for me. I had an issue and they resolved it quickly. They listened and resolved my issue immediately! I was already a happy customer, and I still am! I have shared with my friend this app because it gives great rewards, now I have another reason for promoting it. Very pleased with the customer service!

I used to be obsessed with Ibotta, until I started working, now I don't have time to use it. My friend shared an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up. When I went to log in, I forgot my login information for Ibotta :( assuming customer service wouldn't help me out right away, I decided to shoot them an email anyway. To my surprise, the person that helped me not only found my account, but communicated with me back to back. Thank you sooooo much! IBOTTA ROCKS!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
