Ibotta team was super quick and easy to work with when I had a problem with my cash back. It didn't show up for more than 72 hours and they were able to get it on my account and count it as the actual transaction date so I could also receive the bonus happening that weekend.

I bought California grapes in sale, but the grocery grouped them all together with other grapes on sale. When they scanned them, they were categorized as Muscadines. When I added them to Ibotta for cash back, they were not recognized as California grapes. I sent photos of the California grapes, the receipt to Ibotta support. It was rejected, but I insisted they reconsider. Ibotta gave me the cash back, so I am happy they resolved the issue.

I've been using Ibotta for almost 4 years. The customer service is amazing. The past few weeks for some reason the receipts haven't been grabbing my items when I scan them for Ibotta. I manually add them but then the receipt gets stuck and I've had to reach out to the support side of Ibotta. All the customer service staff are always so helpful and fix the issues asap. Definitely would recommend Ibotta.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate.
