The rebates are nice but if I scan an item in the app and it says the bar code matches but then I submit the receipt and it says no matching items is a bit annoying
Joel with Ibotta was able to help with a Cashback issue I had. I had purchased 2 items that were on the included list but was only given 1 Cashback. After sending a message to Ibotta care, I got a response in 5 minutes and the issue was fixed.

I have tried several times to put in receipts in the past and again today. It says the receipt is older than 9/3. Today is 9/10. The receipt is for 9/3. Not older. I wish you would fix the system as I had a lot of cash back on the receipt. I tried to use the stupid help center and it said it could not send due to sensitive information. There wasn't any
