I have an account using my regular email but it kicks me out then requires me to sign in with a 6 digit code that never comes to me! I had to create a new account with a different email but I don't know if I will continue using this stupid app! I can't get to my money I've saved up on my other account with my embarqmail.com account!
I had an offer that qualified in store and when I submitted the receipt for review, for some reason, it did not want to qualify and said it was not the item on the receipt which it was it was the same exact thing I sent the picture over the customer, service and information in regards to that item and within 24 hours my issue was solved fast and timely. Been using this app for years is definitely worth it to get that extra cash back especially when you pair it up with them bonus offers. Love it.
I went shopping yesterday after clicking items in Ibotta app. This morning I received an email telling me that an item on the app matched an item I purchased. In a hurry, I forgot to click it before shopping. Ibotta caught my "oops" and gave me a chance to click the item today and earn another dollar. No other app that I use does that!

I can't submit my receipts because suddenly Ibotta wants me to log in!
I try to log in and it asks for additional info such as my birthdate; however, the system shuts down after 2019 and says you have to be 18 years or older! I was born in 1953, but can't input that info as your stupid calendars won't let me get past 2019! VERY POOR method of obtaining a birth date and ineffective!
Now I can't input my receipts for cash back… don't know why I still use Ibotta. That may change in the near future. Why do you periodically shut my account down and start asking for a log in when everything had been fine?
I have had to contact I outta a few times now re receipts not loading and usually get an immediate response with my monies being added to my account. I am very pleased with Ibotta's customer service.

I purchased a $50 gift card/Walmart and $20 Home Depot. When I used it instore Walmart, cashier claimed a zero balance, at Home Depot online, gift card was rejected. I contacted Ibotta with this info and both gift card # abd Ibotta promptly credited my Ibotta account with $50 and said I can't use gift card online at H Depot. Communication and reply from Ibotta was concise, polite and with a quick response.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
