I was having some issues with ibotta and was wondering why I was not receiving my cash back on my purchases. So I contacted Ibotta customer service and a very nice lady named Leslie helped me out she was awesome so very nice. My Ibotta balance was at $17.99 and I was really needing to reach the $20 cash out so when i was not getting my couple dollers cash back from my purchases I was really bummed. I'm a single mom im on ssi disability and our car broke down 9 months ago so every little bit helps. I still owe on our car and am making monthly payments on it not having a car has been stressful. I don't like the linked account. I don't have time in the store to look through everything and I purchase things that I didn't know had cash back and they are marked. Then I miss them because my receipt automatically goes through because of being linked. I like to look through it at home after I purchase to see if I missed anything.

The offers are never for what I use. It's always some off brand stuff. I can earn money only once in a while. I forget how hard it is to do. I have downloaded the app several times and deleted it. I tried to upload a receipt and it said it was past the date of 3/23. The date on the receipt is 3/23. I don't get it.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
