Had a issue with cash back not being found on receipt. Simple email of receipt and the cash was added that day!
I have been using this app for years and it has really helped me save money. It is easy to use and if there is ever a problem (which rarely happens) they are always helpful and fast to reply. I highly recommend!
So easy to use! Look at Ibotta check the items you'll buy, go buy them, then take a picture of your receipt. It's as easy as that!

I initially had an amount that showed I received a rebate. A day later, the decision was partially reversed and the money withdrawn. I went to Ibotta's website and "chatted" with the bot there. (Not particularly pleased with that interaction, but I did find out how to contact Ibotta through the app.) I filled out a review form, followed the instructions given and within a few hours, the review was done and the money back in my account.
One of my receipts was pending review after adding a second item because I bought a twin pack and they did not honor the second item.
They are quick to respond when issues arise and just as quick to fix the problem. One of the only apps where customer service actually exists
I don't like that items get missed regularly. I feel I'm missing more cash back when I have checked items as required. Please update this issue.

The fee charged makes me want to stop using Ibotta. I was also never informed there was a fee.
Recently I had an issue. Sent an email which was responded to immediately and issue was resolve in less than 24 hours. Just love this app!
I put in the amount of items I bought. I'm definitely positive I was right. Than it didn't take it and it only gave me 3.00. I said I was missing items so I sent it in again. I had a total of 4 cereals and 5 ritz crackers. If I need to do anything again please let me know

Ibotta is always fast to respond and offer a solution. This was definitely the case with my most recent experience. Anna provided a response and resolution within 24 hours!

Ibotta needs to continue verifying actual products available at locations. More and more companies are using Ibotta to advertise and products dont exist or available. Oreo cookies are notorious for this. (But now you're standing right there in front of all the cookies-haha)

I missed two cash back grocery items. Ibotta recognized these items and contacted me. I was able to claim $2.10.
I was missing a credit for an item. Contacted customer care and had an immediate response and correction. Amazing service.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
