A bit confusing at times to navigate the site
Otherwise good. The delivery was not so good. Hampered by weather. I get that. But they left me a recorded message that my delivery was to arrive the next day. So I took the old furnace out. That night. Next day by 4pm no call and no delivery. I had to track the furnace down and go pick it up myself in the middle of the night since the customer had no heat. It was not a good situation.
There were problems getting the credit approval window to pop up to complete my order one evening, but Chris helped me place my order the morning of the next business day. My furnace shipped out that SAME day. Everyone I talked to at HVAC Direct and Bread Financing was very helpful and pleasant. The furnace shipped out the same day it was ordered. It actually arrived at a local truck depot during the night which allowed them to actually deliver the furnace the next day. I can't say enough good things about the staff at HVAC Direct, Bread Financing, and the entire trucking team. My furnace was delivered the day before the coldest day of the year!
My questions were answered quickly and efficiently.
