Quick and easy, with plenty of choices
Megan is the best.
Everything is good so far. Had a little issue with the lineset they sent. It was 7/8' when it was suppose to be 3/4'. Other than that, it's fine.
The service disconnect seems to be incomplete it does not work the way its designed to. Seems to be something missing from the disconnect portion.
Customer service made the sale.
So far so good we see when it gets here, furnace and accessories arrived, with no damage, when it was supposed to be here, can't ask for anything more then that

Informative website. Easy to use. I did not receive a purchase confirmation email. I called 2 days later to confirm. And, I did not receive a shipping confirmation email until the morning of delivery after I had arrived at my place of employment 45 minutes away. I paid for a lift gate service and did not get one,but I believe that was the delivery service fault. The driver was helpful and was able to get it unloaded. However, I will purchase from them again.

However, I was only given 10 minutes notice prior to the delivery. Fortunately, I was close by and it worked out.
