I found just what I wanted and your accessory guide was very helpful. I received the Mitsubishi unit in good condition and earlier than originally expected.

Had a little communication trouble with Jeff he left voice mail instead of email I was looking for,he was wanting to confirm that I didn't want a heat pump; never did quite figure this out since the order had already been placed twice and paid for, did put my delivery off by 2 days. Install went great, took 7 hrs and this was the first time I had ever installed a heat and air unit...pretty simple and straight forward. Thanks
