I previously purchased from HVACDirect and everything was perfect from start to finish. I replaced my furnace two years ago and now I'm replacing my AC condensing unit and coil. The huge issue I have with the company now is that the packing list that showed up on Saturday with everything said the unit was a 16 SEER unit. I checked for damage and didn't see any (still haven't). But I later noticed that it's actually a 14 SEER unit which I would not have purchased. I paid for a 16 SEER and on top of that I don't get the $250 rebate from my local utility. Hopefully HVACDirect can remedy this and I can update my comment.

Site worked well; prompt reply to a question on a holiday weekend. Our second order and everything went well--unit arrived promptly and is already installed!
Wish you had a matching 1 inch filter rack. Everything else was good.

The site says ships within 2-3 days... it is 2 weeks later and it still has not shipped. No updates, no communication at all. When I call in, they never give a straight answer. We are HOT in more than one way.

In light of all going on in the country it was like a breath of fresh air my shopping experience from start to finish Could not have been easier... their chat line assist is great it was just a fantastic experience reviews are not my tool of choice cause I'm not sure they are all true either pro or con...However if you are reading this rest assured it's true!
