There was a delay in the process from Order to shipping.
Once that was corrected The Delivery was completed as promised.
Customer service was great. Answered all my questions quickly and got me set up with proper replacement for old HVAC setup on my home.

Great so far,this package seems to be what I need my son who deals with these type of things is an mech. Engineer and service tech works for a big Company in the US. He did the research for me.
I didnt like the fact that the equiptment price jumped $300 over the weekend. Other than that, i have no complaints.
