Very informative site. I am a DIY type of person and the site was helpful. I also called in before placing the order just to get a second opinion and the gentleman was very helpful. He talked to me like a regular person. Would highly recommend buying from them. Order was at my door about 4 days later!
So far so good have not installed yet. Drain pan damaged during transit. Kind of a hassle with a return and they finally gave me a return credit. Other than that looks like good equipment and it arrived quicker than stated.
Informative website. Easy to use. I did not receive a purchase confirmation email. I called 2 days later to confirm. And, I did not receive a shipping confirmation email until the morning of delivery after I had arrived at my place of employment 45 minutes away. I paid for a lift gate service and did not get one,but I believe that was the delivery service fault. The driver was helpful and was able to get it unloaded. However, I will purchase from them again.
So far everything has been great. If I receive my order promptly and in good condition, I will be ecstatic.
It took a little longer than expected for the order to be delivered, but it was delivered courteously and in good condition.

Several days passed between my order being placed and my order being fulfilled. I was called by company rep and informed that part of my order was not available as presented on the website. I was offered a substitute but had no opportunity to research it myself. I had to trust that the company wasn't taking an advantage but I'm still not sure.

The day before to tell me the time it would be delivered within a 2 hour window. The furnace was easy to put in replacing the old one. Very satisfied so far.
Ordered the air conditioner without a hitch however, I was called and told my air conditioner would arrive at 3-6 pm later that day. I waited around until 7 with an old unit ripped out and the customer waiting for an air conditioner that never showed up. After talking to a couple different people I was told it would show up the next day from 3-6 pm again as it showed up at 2 and I had to scramble to get there in time and unload the truck. The equipment itself showed up in good condition and is running fine to this day. Product is good service was not.
So far so good...
Update. Received three nicely packaged boxes strapped to a pallet. On the inside were three subassemblies in perfect condition. Had it professionally installed and started. Works flawlessly.
I couldnt be happier.

It's a bit of a pain on the bread site due to prolonged wait time. I had the unit installed and it worked for two days and quit with it flashing a limit switch open code. Waiting on technician to inspect it.
Came to hvacdirect.com, I typed in the search box what my technician told me I needed and the website pulled it right up. It was nice to have the customer service reach out via live chat to see if I needed anything...

Might be a good idea to have your HVAC person lined up and ready to go as well.
Straight forward, easy. Also the unit i ordered due entirely on my uneducated judgement would not work for my application. Customer service was excellent on setting up the shipping and return. Upon receipt of my return I will definitely reorder the unit that will work for my residence through this company.
Shopping experience was fine. Purchased a 16 SEER compressor and when I received the unit the energy label said 14 SEER. Wiring was crossed on the ac unit and had to be fixed. Motherboard on the furnace was blown and had to be replaced upon installation. I saved money up front, but the equipment caused a lot of hassle.
Great pricing and discount codes were given and their real-time chat helped me make the correct choice for my home the first time. Very pleased with my experience and would recommend HVACDIRECT.COM to anyone.

Indicate difference between similarly looking items more clearly on website. (i.e. Two 14 or 16 seer items looked identical except one cost $200 or so less than the other. One was for CA and a few other states. One was for all other states.)
