It was very quick and easy and saved $$$! The unit was delivered very quickly (3 days) and our regular HVAC company installed it that day. It is working great! Our old unit that was 35 years old finally died during a heat wave here in Texas. It was 105 every day that week! We are now cool and comfortable! I have already recommended HVAC Direct to two others.

Easy to use ordering system and downloadable manuals was a big plus to knowing what I am ordering and how to install before placing the order. Order received in 3 days, faster than I expected to receive it. Everything arrived in great condition with no damage at all, this was due to the preparation and packing on the pallet it was shipped on. System not yet installed so unable to evaluate the system yet.
Shopping was very informative, sorry for the delay in ordering. I am having problems with my key board.

I worked with Jess online and she was great, everything went smooth but when I received the shipment the wifi adapter was missing. I talked to George who suggested I go a different route and he was going to do some research and send me the control best fits my needs
The person who helped me shop for the mini split did great. Found the perfect solution to meet our needs. Thank you! However, he missed one important piece the install crew asked for - the mounting bracket.

Was not pleased with the shipping. Order was placed on the wrong truck which delayed my project by 4 days. Delivery time was later than agreed upon.
So far ordering has been easy. Some of the products that i ordered were out of stock due to plant closures from covid19. Customer service promptly called me and was able to complete my order with no delay and even upgraded a couple pieces to meet the specifications of my original order. "Great customer service!"
Great service with hvac direct, but the shippers didn't notify me that I had to call them to schedule a delivery time. When I did, they could only tell me what day and not a appropriate time. Then after waiting all day. They were a no show. I called back and everybody was gone. Called first thing. Lady said, pretty sure I can have it delivered today. I will call if there is a problem. No call and no delivery. After wasting 2 1/2 days of waiting for it, I received it on the third day. Time is money! I wasted a lot of time waiting for the delivery.
Everything was delivered on time. Driver used our forklift and I paid for the lift gate which he must not have had because he asked me if we had a forklift. Pallet was in excellent condition, everything on it. Shrink wrap around the pallet was fine. The Furnace box was in good condition as well. However, the unit has a dent in the back of it. That must have happened after it was built but before it was boxed to ship. It won't hurt the operation of it. Just disappointed at the quality control where it was manufactured. This will not affect me referring friends to your site. That was excellent. It was very easy to make our purchase and get our financing set up. Your staff was very helpful to me. My husband drives over the road. So I am left with doing these things while he on the road. This is where you staff is excellent in answering questions and concerns. HIGH PRAISES to all of you. Unit showed up on schedule, everything intact and undamaged. Installation was straight forward and unit performs very well and is very quiet. However I was unable to get in touch with the seller to ask a few questions before placing the order.

I needed an electric furnace option and this website allowed for that. The shipping was reasonability fast considering I'm at the most southern tip of Texas. I liked that everything was bundled on the same pallet with enough cardboard padding.

I looked for and received information I needed to make the decision on which mini-split to purchase for my specific needs.
I contacted HVAC direct with a question on the Perfect Aire unit, I was directed to call the supplier directly, the call goes to a hold then disconnects after several minutes. I have tried 3 times, gave up. Manufacturer not responsive.
We found a unit for a better price and also found the customer service rep to be very knowledgeable and helpful. When the unit arrived, it installed very easily, and it works great! It's quiet and keeps the room at an even temperature. We pretty much just set the temp and forget about it. I am very happy with our purchase.

It was simple to navigate and choose the correct furnace. After I received my order I spent the next day planning the install. On the day of install it went more smoothly than I expected. The hardest part (at least for me) was plumbing the gas supply (black pipe) to the unit. After all connections were completed, I powered it up, adjusted the thermostat, and about 20 to 30 seconds later my new furnace fired up. Thanks HVACDIRECT!
