I had a question sent in Saturday night and didn't hear back before I had to order to get the weekend discount.

Updated with they run deals all the time. Customer service was great. They worked with me to get my question answered and the sale price and still got it grouped in with my first order I made.

As easy as ordering from Amazon

As easy as ordering from Amazon. I was concerned about having a whole furnace shipped to my house as it's a bulky item. Turns out they ship with a freight truck with a lift gate. Truck showed up on time with the furnace tied down to a pallet and wheeled the furnace into my garage with a pallet jack. Buying a furnace off the internet is pretty darn easy.

Very easy to shop and fair prices

Very easy to shop and fair prices. The only issue I had was that the heater coil that was listed in suggested items would not fit the unit that I purchased. I have yet to return it so I'll see how that goes

Shipping on an item this light and small is very high - more than $20. I wouldn't be buying this if it had come with the stove we paid $1800 for...should have come with it. Still not happy that we had to pay another $200 to have a working stove.

Has been easy until now

Has been easy until now.
When the driver came he was coarteus but he was in a hurry didn't gave me time to inspect the package. Told me to call the freight company with any claim.
Gladly everything is ok.

Easy to order
October 30, 2018

Easy to order. Was pleasantly surprised with a savings coupon.
The issues that i had with the delivery, the pallet did not support the weight of the stove so on delivery it was broken and made moving it from the end of my driveway to the house very difficult.

Just took a little longer than expected for delivery.
We ordered the incorrect product.
The exchange took longer than expected.
It took and extra call to get the refund.
The new unit installed without any major issues.
Generally acceptable transaction.

Everything was clear and understanding It was clear what I needed Very easy to follow! Wasn't to happy about surprise tailgate fee! I received my unit pretty quickly and was packed nicely with absolutely ' no damage ' at all! It's installed runs good and is very quiet

I placed the order using the recommendation off your website. For a 3-ton unit it recommends a 3/8-7/8 line set. The heat pump and coil actually need a 3/8-3/4 line set. I happened to have a 15' piece of 3/4 so was able to get the unit up and running. Took extra time to install twice and go and get the extra piece as well as I paid for a line set that I'm not going to be able to use.

The best way to shop for hvac systems. I don't even go to my local suppliers. I have shopped them all and HVAC direct has the same pricing or LOWER (with shipping it ends up the same). But no hassle and right to my door.

Website is extremely slow

Website is extremely slow. Your site would not accept my password and I was unable to change it due to a fatal error of some type. I had to use my wife's email. I received al my parts eventually, it took 6 days for them all to get here. I was not informed that had been shipped. I was surprised with the first unit on Friday along with an email asking me to confirm my order was received. Nothing on Saturday or Sunday, more parts on Monday and the last piece on Wednesday. I was charged for a liftgate delivery, but everything came UPS.

My last shipment was palletized and arrived very neatly packaged.

The purchasing process was simple, but I had a small fiasco after getting an email saying my purchase was incomplete after being billed. Then I had a huge fiasco with the shipping company that was used. They couldn't deliver when promised, argued that it had been delivered, then figured out after a full day and 3 phone calls that they still had it. However my purchase is in good working order.

We looked at this product this summer and were told by a representative he would bring up a sample to show us prior to purchasing. We waited to purchase til we saw the sample, but were not ever contacted after that to see the sample, and then the price increased $700 on the product. We were unable to get the previous lower price, although we were waiting on a sales representative to contact us that they had the sample ready to show us. Therefore, we ended up paying more than we planned because we were waiting for something we had been promised.

I had my property manager set up the delivery, the arrangement was pretty standard. Send the AC unit to the property and have it unloaded. The delivery driver called and was going to deliver the unit at the wrong place and after correcting the issue. The driver arrives at my property and says he will not remove the AC unit b/c he was alone! I don't understand how you deliver a product and not unload it. I then had to pay someone 70$ dollars to unload it. Feel it was unprofessional ordeal and would be reluctant to use your services, under the current circumstances.

Gaspack is great the delivery people messed up, when they arrived the driver claimed it was at the back if his truck and he would bring it later. We called that night and were told it was still on their dock. Another driver delivered it the next day.
