Buyer Beware!
I'f the equipment is not purchased through the actual manufacturer get ready to lose its manufacturer warranty!

Sean was knowledgeable of the products and offered wonderful advice. HVACDirect has a very laid back and low-pressure approach.

However, I don't understand why the system came with a factory remote and a Cielo aftermarket remote control.

Please advise.

I was pleased with the quick delivery of the furnace that was ordered. However, the unit operated perfect for only one day. The unit is no longer working and I am waiting for service to repair the equipment.

Shipping was supposed to be free but $35 was charged. It is best to just charge the $35 for shipping because most customers will not have equipment to move the unit. It is otherwise a point of argument.

Only one half of the order arrived on the scheduled day (Thursday). The other half arrived the following Monday. This was very disruptive to my installation schedule.
I called the distributor company (Goodman), they hung up when I called them to find out what happened the other half of the AC unit, and they never returned my call when I left a message.

This website is presented clearly, and it is easy to navigate. The furnace that I ordered and received was of excellent quality and the freight company had excellent communication with me and delivered the furnace quickly and in good condition.

Easy process for sure. From beginning to final install was homeowner easy with basic mechanical skills. A definite DIY project. Saved ALOT of money from avoiding hiring a mechanical HVAC contractor. And I will put my install up against a pro anytime.

The delivery time was great but i purchased the extra lift gate service and anded up helping the driver hand unload everything if my wife was the one that was home at the time instead of me I'm not sure the driver would have been able to unload it himself. Basically i wasted the money that i spent for the service i could have had it shipped another way and saved the 40 bucks or whatever it was

As in the past, everything went as planned. Quality Packaged and smooth delivery.

We are in need of a ac unit in my sons room and we hope the diy install will be easy.Found this site searching and searching in google for MR. Cool.GLad we found the site now just to wait for unit to arrive.

Good Telephone advice, fast shipping for my 3 Ton DIY Mr. Cool unit, easy installation in my garage and compressor is very, very quiet.

Easy to use system. After I installed the system I had an hvac professional make the connections and test the system. Then it was only a matter of turning it on and it worked perfectly.

During that process the only think noted by the hvac professional was that there was oil in the compressor on the suction side. It was a concern to him. Other than that I will be ordering more units from hvac direct in the future.

I was needing a little additional information about the product and when I called the sales rep was very helpful. The website was very easy to navigate and contained most of the information I needed to help me close on my order.
