Loyal customer for years. They accuse me of breaking ToS and suspend my account, can't access hundreds of dollars worth of keys. Disgusting service.
They will not give me a refund for merchandise I paid for but that I cannot retrieve from my account!
Some weir check payments sometimes you just cannot buy stuff, only one star maybe this way they fix that.
I saw an ad for this company online, long story short I was given a game key and the game downloaded incorrectly. I contacted the customer support and said this is something that people can sue for as they are literally stealing money from people this was their response...

It was disgusting and disappointing to see not only did they refuse to help but they threatened to silence someone who had a clear issue. I did say I was taking legal action either they just tried to get out of owning up to their mistake and ended up keeping the money they stole from me. I have no doubt they have done this to others and I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE so you DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF.

Poor customer service, cancelled my order AFTER the offer I was tempted by was ended and gave very poor customer service in responce.
In summary I am very disappointed, avoid.
Honestly this is the best site for finding games for the cheap. Their bundles are amazing. I might only want one game in the bundle but at the price, the game is already cheap and i get other similar free games. If i really want a game and had to buy now, i always check humblebundle stores before steam. They usually have some kind of discount at that moment.
This is the place if you want to buy your favorite games with major discounts. Their bundles might now always be as good as you'd expect, but they're well worth the cost.
Not all the bundles they offer are worth a buy, but once in a while you can come across some amazing deals. The monthly subscription is usually worth it, you definitely get your moneys worth from it.
This is a really good site to get cheep games, tons of companies have got involved over the years and my collection is huge and packed full of great titles.
