HULU is GARBAGE!

Don't waste your time with HULU! You will regret it. The customer service is the worst as there is no phone number for you to call in. You are FORCED to provide your phone number in and they then will call you back. Like Dude, really?!?!? Also, the service is horrible. It is consistently buffering and you are constantly getting error codes, which means that you CAN NOT watch the show that you are paying for. It took me over a week to get through ONE episode of a show because it kept buffering and locking up. Very frustrating as this is a service that you are paying for. Take my advice and STAY AWAY FROM HULU!

I'm very mad because I want to watch the Cowboys game but I can't because hulu says it's unavailable even though it is the game of the week and it's letting me watch the Broncos game but we don't care about the Broncos game. I Will be picking Netflix over hulu from now on.

Missing order, No customer service

Placed an order on 8/12/22, was told it was delivered to an empty house on 10/12/22, no parcel anywhere to be found and have been ignored since, appalling customer service. Dont waste your money

Paid for Ad free Hulu only to lose MANY shows we've already been watching. It's no longer worth it to us. We are canceling. We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starz (for Power Universe), BET+, Disney+, ALLBLK, Britbox and HBO Max. We also have Fire Tv and we still pay less than cable! We use YouTube to watch stand up comedy, crime documentaries and their free movies! Hulu has become a nuisance that isn't worth it. Almost all the movies or shows I attempt to watch give me a message that it's not included with my subscription anymore. Now that Netflix is upping their price, I'd rather put the money toward that.

I have tried Hulu+live on two separate occasions, for 5 consecutive months in 2020 then for 4 consecutive months in 2021 (through this month). I have experienced frustrating issues with crash to home, black-outs during innumerable loud commercials, temporary loss of all channels, frequent freezing/stuttering at all times. My customer service experience has been 1 positive call out of 7. The positive call CSR agreed with me that the issue was not my network (1Gb) or hardware or Fox :). He generated a ticket, but nothing was ever done about it. The other 6 calls were essentially script-readers who blame every variable other than Hulu. Hulu is the worst live streaming service I have encountered in 12 years of using streaming services.
I am a technically savvy, ex-engineer (now retired). I am comfortable around wireless networks and streaming devices and am a proficient troubleshooter, which is why I could see through the canned CSR responses. Hulu really needs to take these technical issues seriously, and soon. Hulu does NOT have a significant industry moat.

Weve subscribed to Hulu for several years, but are now planning on canceling, if things arent changed in the next month, or two. The new UI is horrible. I cant imagine who on Gods green earth approved this nightmare. We used to watch Hulu much more often, than any other streaming channels; but since the update, I can count on one hand how many times weve taken the time to try and even locate a show we want to watch. Its abailutely ridiculous. Its as though someone thought how can I make this completely unusable? And went and rolled this out.
If we arent given an option to revert back to the original UI, or this catastrophe isnt fixed, Im not giving anymore of my business, or money to Hulu.

If you love having to call Hulu every time T-Moble Home Internet changes your I. P. address, to reset your account, like watching commercials from other cities in different states other than your own, and are excited that while watching a show, you are suddenly switched to a different show, then by all means sign up up for Hulu! Upgraded to Hulu mostly in order to watch NHL (the TV stuff blows and the ads are so crappy - even though we purportedly paid for the no ads version). Streaming is remarkably pathetic on my 2020 Sony Bravia Smart TV. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times a week. It is very frustrating to pay the premium price for no useful streaming. Even when the app works (barely), it loses connectivity despite me having a thorough connection to my internet. If I had another option I would take it but, alas, there aren't other options. WTF!?!?!? Don't get it. Use a VPN and just pirate stuff as far as I can tell. Hulu is an f'ing joke of a service. UGH!

If you like streaming glitches, lack of availability of huge live sports events, annoying repetitive commercials unless you pay more, constantly being told you have too many users when you logged out of other devices, and a hefty price tag for what you get - go with HULU. Truthfully, it is the SAME PRICE AS CABLE particularly when you bundle cable/internet, but makes cable look good, which is hard to do.

For only 8 dollars a month I can watch so many great ads! 12 minutes into my show and I've already gotten to watch 10 minutes worth of advertisement! So glad I know which allergy relief to buy if I ever develop allergies how could I forget when that ad has played 3 times! No clue what's going on in the show I'm watching since there's LITERALLY ADS EVERY 4 MINUTES but it's not like I wanted to watch my show anyways

I like the concept of watching tv shows online, but its pretty sad that there are more commercials on hulu than what is actually on TV. DVR at least allows you to fast forward through commercials.
