Well I was not at all pleased initially but they did refund my money so it does lead me to believe they are legitimate. Maybe other users will get a good agent assigned to them and it would make the experience worthwhile.

Do not recommend this company - extremely poor non US customer service that will just wear you down and you will not get any refund if something goes wrong, despite them advertising the 14 day refunds.

They have done everything wrong with my listing since the second I signed up. Their website and app are rudimentary. Their customer support doesnt speak English well enough to understand and they have little to no understanding of how real estate works. I find them to be unethical and have caught them in the several lies. The latest one. I was told by a representative of the company that the % of commission collected at closing goes to the listing agent and they wouldnt funnel people to a specific plan because "they dont get any of the money, it all goes to the listing agent". Verbatim was told that. I just now spoke to the listing agent and he told me he as to split it with Houzeo. LIARS. They will trick you into a plan that makes them more money even if you dont use or want the services. Please avoid. I do not want anyone having to go through what I am dealing with at the moment.

Houzeo does not have very wide coverage/options with listing your land on MLS. My land was listed on a MLS 4 hours away which my area realtors don't even use. Then they refused to refund my $399.

I highly recommend Houzeo to anybody wanting to sell their home and save 1,000's of dollars in equity. They saved me over $9,000 by setting me up with a discount broker in my area that provided me full agent services. I was able to quickly and easily create an account on Houzeo.com and setup my listing on their site. I simply put in my address into their search engine and had the majority of information on my property automatically populate, leaving me with very little work to do. The agent that they assigned to me listed my property in the MLS, and after 38 days, it went under contract.

I had a couple of communication concerns with the agent that Houzeo.com assigned me, but it wasn't their fault. I contacted Houzeo about it, and within 5 minutes, I had a nice man, named Ahmed, contact me and work as a middle man to quickly resolve my concerns. He did an amazing job, and within 48 hours, all parties were onboard with getting this house sold.

I've sold 5 houses in 5 states, using 5 different platforms, and Houzeo.com was, by far, the easiest to use. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with Houzeo's platform or customer service. They are now my go-to company for selling property.
