The problem is that you apparently do not take American Express which is my go-to card for doing orders online for security reasons. I always feel like I'm taking a chance using are the Visa or MasterCard online.

I was extremely happy with hotexhaust, however I am not happy with FedEx, and have also called in their customer service department to make a complaint. HotExhaust and I had asked for a signature on delivery as I live in a building and did not want them to leave the product at the door as they have done that before. Let and be hold, the driver signed for my package and left it at the door instead of taking it to the nearest distribution centre which I would've much rather preferred. I am extremely happy with Hotexhaust but if you guys could please follow up with FedEx as to why that was done, as I am still awaiting to hear back. I'm very lucky a friend of mine was passing by and picked up the package, as I was not going to be home for the next 4 hours. However, still very happy with hotexhaust and their price and prompt shipping, thank you for an amazing experience.

Can't complain... BMW wants to charge $2000 for one cat... that's insane! Even if I don't drive for a week or two, would be worth it!

Update: placed order in the 16th, received the cat on the 25th.
Easy install! The flange is a tad thick, which makes the stock collector bolts a bit short. But they are working. I used a clamp with sealant, should hold up!

Upon receiving the order it was delivered as expected, I know this is a 2 1/2 inch 68 Mustang kit going on a 68 Cougar, so I may experience some issues. Visually quality is above par for an out of the box exhaust. No shop in my area offers a mandrel bend exhaust and most of these custom shops were very close to the magna flow prices. At this point I am pleased with the overall quality but it has not been installed yet. I would like to expound on this comment after it is installed
They agreed to fix it immediately but did not. Will not pick up the phone or return any calls. Fed up!

Easy peasy, That was ordering. It shipped quikckly, within 5 days. Box arrived 1 day late because of a delivery problem. When it did arrive, the box was open as all the staples holding it together had been torn loose. I inspected the packing inside and decided to take ownership because it had been well packed with foam and it all seemed to be intact. Thank you Fed-Ex but the shipper should have used straps and or glue to keep the contents form possible damage. I can see that happening a lot since it would be easy to grab the flap with staples to transport or load. Buyer beware of shoddy packaging.

The magnaflo system fits perfect as designed, just follow the installation instructions, my experience is when someone says that a high quality aftermarket part does not fit, the installer just does not know what they are doing and lack experience. I was waiting for my exhaust system to be shipped and the customer service team that helped me still kept up with being professional and very helpful in informing me why the exhaust system did not ship yet. Overall very happy with how they do business.
I bought an exhaust manifold with a gasket. The gasket was bent on both sides and the end of the exhaust manifold ripped a whole through the box. I would have expected it to be more protected for the $550 I paid. No bubble wrap on anything. Just the box and everything put in loosely in there. They could have just taped the gasket to inside of the cardboard box to prevent it from getting damaged.
The box came in broken and crushed and poorly packed. Heavy duty Paper is not the best supply for packing an exhaust. There are a few scrapes and impacts but luckily its an exhaust and it won't effect the longevity of the exhaust.
I only placed the order. Website is easy to navigate and place order. Only issue is within the product description where you can look at details and reviews. When you click on warranty it states null. Would be nice to see the actual warranty information without having to click on the warranty tab on main header bar. I gave a rating of three for the price because California is overrated and charges too much just to have a carb rating. If you live in another state and move to Ca your car is federally certified for smog and don't have to pay the higher price. HOTT Exhaust is not to blame for this and I appreciate everything they have done for me and would not only buy from them again but will recommend them to anyone that is in need of exhaust products.
