Box had been opened and taped back together. I emailed Hottexhaust to inform them but the only response I received was that they only send sealed packages and maybe UPS had opened it. There was a plastic bag with a garage door cable laying in the box so I know someone else had the box of exhaust before me. Rather disappointed that I would receive the package already opened.
Quick & Easy but took 7 days after i paid for it to finally ship. Also took my three phone calls, three days in a row to get confirmation it would finally ship. Price was fantastic but the overall slowness and lack of urgency turned me off.
This purchase needs to be returned for full refund.
Catalytic converter shows 2 "pucks" of foam inside unit. When installation attempted, entire unit is filled with foam & could not be installed. Very disappointed & have requested return already.
I found hottexhaust doing a search for a new Magnaflow X -pipe with free flowing cats. The site carried the exact part number I was looking for. Just so happens, they were running a Spring Deal special and I was able to save a considerable amount. The purchase was made and delivery was as promised in terrific shape. Very easy buying experience and fast shipping with excellent email notifications as to my orders progress. I'm a happy camper and will be telling all my friends about hottexhaust.

I had replaced the catalytic converter several years ago with a decent one from another company. The car (2004 Scion xB) continued to run, now past 415,000 miles! This time I bought an OEM compatible unit containing extra precious metal catalyst. If you are going to the time and expense of replacing the catalytic converter, I suggest you pay extra for a premium one as your car may last longer than you imagine.
You made it so easy and more affordable, I just sent back a competitor's product and bought this instead! Not that it's delivered...Unfortunately, Magnaflow mistakenly has this listed for my 03/99 California spec Maxima and it doesn't have 4 O2 ports. Only 2. Now it has to be returned and the search continues. Thank you Hot Exhaust. Not your fault. Magnaflow has been alerted!
Please send ASAP as the car is down and owner has no other transportation! Thank you for your assistance. We received the cat quickly and the fit was near perfect. The only issue was the box the cat arrived in was literally thrashed apart. It was partially taped together and we nearly refused the order. After thorough inspection it was determined that there was no damage and everything was still there ( gaskets etc). Said cat was installed and codes cleared. Working on readying one last monitor for smog here in Nevada. Other than packaging being thrashed we are very happy as well as customer. We also realize the cat was not shipped that way so therefore the damage was done after it left your facility. Thank you and we will order in the future! Andrew Q Chew, Owner

Great trans. Loved your coupon. All went well until fedex couldn't get there delivery date right, Sunday got text for a monday delivery, reschedule for tuesday then for wednesday then for thursday, I ended up picking up at the fedex myself. Frankly if this is how fedex operates maybe you'll should look for other delivery company options.

I checked the status of my order and it said it was delivered. I thought oh really and checked my front door. Sure enough it was there. Had the converter installed in the afternoon and had my e-test done an hour or so later. Passed with flying colours and car seems to run better. Much more peppy. Thank you.
Awesome, easy transaction! Order was a bit delayed from the manufacturer but emailed and got a quick reply thatvit was due into the warehouse within a few days. A day later, I had an email with shipping info and tracking number, and received it within two days! Excellent service! Will deal with again for sure!
The price is right. And I had a quick response from the online chat. Shipping took forever but that wasn't hottexhaust fault. My exhaust system ws on back order. I am quite satisfied with the overall experience. Everytime i called or emailed to check on the back order status they checked on it right away.
