I called my credit card company today, they said that they will dispute this issue and credit the money back to my account. Its been over two months and still I have received no responses from these hotstylish.com people. SCAM. I recommend to call your credit card companies so they red flag these people for sure!
I have had the exact same experience - I have called and left messages repeatedly and emailed tons - no response whatsoever.
Is there anything that can be done to get our money back?
I bought three pairs of Uggs and a Juicy T-shirt from this website, but I never recieved any of them. When you call them, the phone does not even ring, it goes straight to an answering machine. My messages were never returned.
I also emailed them numerous times and recieved no reponse. They claim that you can track your order through Canada Post, but they never gave me a tracking number to do so. I went to Canada Post and they told me that nothing addressed to me or my address could be found in their system.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
The site is a scam! I ordered about 200 worth of product and never recieved it. I emailed them constantly on the status of my order, and they keeped saying that it was going to be shipped, i never recieved anythang, so after a month, i disputed the charges on my credit card, and got my money back, so PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHANG FROM THIS SITE! ITS A RIP OFF!
