I love love love love this website! Clothing is amazing! Great quality! Only thing I would strongly advise on is please do not order a two-piece bathing suit if you wear a size DDD, they run a bit small and you won't be happy. I wasn't upset because I know it's my main issue with my body, so instead I only order one piece, which is also super hot! I do have a request guys! CAN YOU PLEASE ADD SOME THONG ONE PIECE TO YOUR COLLECTION :)

Ordered a high low dress as seen on model the high low was the front was high and the back was low. I received dress and the manufacturer had sewn the dress sideways the high was toward the back and low was more infront. It could not be worn with out looking ridiculous. I asked for a return they offered $10 off the dress. UM NO I want a refund for a dress that is clearly damaged. We are under quarantine and they where being strict about the return policy. So I opened a case with my credit card company. They all of a sudden would be happy to accept return. I returned and they gave me partial refund and because I closed the credit card dispute, So they felt i had no recourse. I will get my money back if i have to call the FCC and reports them for mail fraud. Do not do business with this scam company. OH and Now they are lying that the dress was not damaged. I bet they send it to the next girl and she will have the same issue. So sad to say they are crooked... these are the businesses that will go out of busies during this very trying time KARMA

If I could give a zero I would. The company kept processing my card then saying there was an AVH mismatch on my address I called Visa, Master card and Capital one to see why the address would not match what they had recorded only to find out the purchases all went through as confirmed by my credit cards. I called Hot Miami back for them to say they cannot contact their merchant center as they have no number to do so or means to contact them to see what the technical issue is. Then I had to wait over 6 business days for those transactions to fall off my cards. They kept saying my address must be wrong or the Credit card companies must have wrote it wrong then I contacted the CC companies again to ensure the address was recorded the right way which it was. Hot miami did not assume any responsibility I endless hours on the phone with my CC and days waiting for these charges to drop. Hot Miamis supervisors knew and did nothing and did not even call to address the issue. I am very disappointed with their service, and use to order large amounts but will never place an order with them after this. They do not care about client retention at all.

I purchased a dress from this online store for my birthday, they thereafter called me to tell me the dress was in an unsuitable/damaged condition to be shipped to me and it was the last one left, which sounded suspicious to me, they offered me to exchange it for another dress and waive the small price difference in the dress, I ordered a small which I usually wear, in a beaded dress, however I could not even get the dress on. They say that the models in the photos wear size small but those girls have much bigger assets, are more curvier, and thicker than me so I don't see how that is possible. I'm 5'4 130 lbs... anyways I sent that dress back for a medium, to find the dress fit but was just too ill-fitting to party in, the fabric was stiff with little stretch, no slit in the back, the edges of the backless part stuck up because of the fabric and cut, I wore the dress once and sold it on ebay, not to mention I had to find another last minute dress for my birthday. This experience while maybe not typical just left a bad taste in my mouth and has deterred me from shopping here again.

I'd give them zero stars if i could. I purchased $718 worth of things from hotmiamistyles. I was very excited seeing as how their things look so sexy and are affordable. When i received my shipment nothing fit or looked like it did online. It looked very cheap and fit horrible (and im a toned 5'5 130 lbs latina). Trying to return is impossible because most of what i ordered were bodysuits so i can only get store credit (and this was them being nice and undertanding)... i can only get my money back for 4 items because they were pants and not bodysuits or under garments. I explained that i never wanted to order from them again and just wanted my full refund because i returned EVERY SINGLE ITEM I ORDERED. Everything was still in original packaging and clean because i never wore it. They couldnt do anything because of their return policy only issue me store credit which i will never use so it is like i lost $718. What a disappointment! Extremely frustrated and mad. I would not ever recommend this site to anyone. And perhaps they should reconsider their return policy seeing as how they are an ONLINE store and things cannot be tried on.

I don't know how many years it's been since I accidentally came across Hot Miami Styles. But, I am SO glad I did! I took great pride living in The Midwest knowing that a lot of the outfits I bought from HMS wouldn't be seen here! But, I digress… I am a radio personality and I have been attending a lot more events, lately. I needed a trendy dress to wear to a charity event for an Ex-NFL player's wife. Well, I found THE PERFECT DRESS to wear and "thought" that I had enough time for regular shipping. Well, Monday rolls around and I need the dress for Friday and the status shows "processing". FULL ON PANIC MODE! I decide to reach out to a chat specialist. As I told her, I am fully aware it's my fault that I waited so late. I told her i needed it Friday and I was wondering if it was actually still "processing". She reassured me that it was already shipped and that the system just hadn't been updated. Honestly, I think she upgraded my order and shipped it faster. LOL! But, I wasn't about to question anything! She's my Angel that saved the DAY because it arrived FRIDAY AFTERNOON! And, I kid you not, I was walking into the event space and I heard a female yell, "YOU LOOK SO BEAUTIFUL IN THAT DRESS!" And, she was talking to ME! I'm a customer for life!

I've been shopping here for 2 years. They have great quality clothes. The only thing I don't like is the pricing. People who are complaining about bodysuits/returns/sizing SERIOUSLY NEED TO READ THE STORE POLICIES before placing an order. These are the same people who are suggesting us to shop from lovelywholesale/chickme/ali express. Yes those are cheap but THOSE ARE SCAM WEBSITES! HotMiamiStyles sells the original clothing! Some celebrities shop from HotMiamiStyles. They are authentic

Do NOT PURCHASE with this clothing company! They are a SCAM! I made a purchase with them a month ago for a trip that I was taking. I put in all my info. Few days later, i received an email saying: the purchase wasn't processed". The REASON? Shipping address is not the same as Billing address. So I called and I asked to ship it to the billing address since they was an issue for them. With the limited time I had (time approaching to my overseas trip), they asked me to pay extra for Expedited if I need it to arrive on time- to the billing address I have. Never received the items I purchased, over 200$! When I called, they said that they shipped it to the « initial address » (which all this headache was the reason they held my purchase until I gave them the authorization to send it to the billing address). And that I should be the ONE following up with the post office of where the package is (everybody knows the headache of dealing with the post office).
Point, they never took responsibility of their agent mistake sending it to the wrong address and would not even want to respond to the customer.

Worst online purchase experience ever!
