We went on a cruise from Manhattan New York and booked a hotel and parking package with hotelnparking.com, we were amazed with the the rates for the complete hotel and parking package, it was less than just the parking at the cruise port, hotel was great, nice and clean, free breakfast, parking, cruiseport shuttle, all for one price and service was great too. Highly recommend hotelnparking.

I booked through hotelnpark for a cruise. Staying the day before and parking car for 12 days. They site quotes a price with parking for 14 days. Great price, so I booked it. I never got a confirmation email. I called the actual hotel to see if they received the reservation. They had but parking is only for 7 days not 14. It's $15 everyday after 7, not $10 like the site said. I'm not sure what I paid the site for since the price I owe the hotel is the same price quoted. I emailed and called but have not had a return email and no one answers the phone, it's just a message to go online. I am going to try to get my money back through the credit card if I can't reach them.

Early October we reserved a night at Rodeway Inn in Revere, MA and 8 nights parking there for $245 through Hotelnparking.com. We received a confirmation notice complete with reservation number.
When we arrived at Rodeway they did not have our reservation for either the hotel stay nor the parking. They informed us that when we made the reservation 2 weeks prior with hotelnparking, they were already sold out! They should not have made the reservation in the first place or at least contacted us immediately to let us know this. We scrambled furiously and frantically to finally get a room and another parking lot to accommodate us. It cost us $288 for the room alone and $171 to park. We paid $214 more than we had planned and we wanted to be compensated for this which was way over our budget. The only good thing about this was that they did not charge our credit card.
I have contacted them on 2 occasions regarding their ability to take reservations and inability to keep them without any response. Even if they were unable to provide us with the additional amount we were asking for, they could have at least responded with an apology for putting us out like they did. How can anyone trust this company if this is what they do?
The hotel suggested that anyone who reserves nights at hotels through a 3rd party should always confirm with the hotel directly that they received the reservation. Great advice!

Call the hotel directly to make sure they received the reservation!

Have been fighting with company aka American Airport Hotels aka stay123Travel. We had a reservation for Feb. 5 at Hyatt Ft. Lauderdale but had a bike accident and had to cancel our cruise, thus the hotel. My husband sent an email asking for cancellation confirmation on 1/18. Never got a reply. I called and was lucky enough to get a real person, told it was cancelled. Surprise, Hyatt charged our CC when we did not show up. Was told it was never cancelled. Hyatt was good enough to refund that money. Still trying to contact hotelnparking through email and phone. Just get a message, no real person to talk to. Emails go unanswered. Stay away!

I made a reservation on March 7 for March 18. I cancelled later that day because a friend offered to have us stay with them. Spoke to the same man twice to verify cancellation. I was shocked to see a charge from the hotel was posted the evening of March 18! Hotel said reservation wasn't cancelled.

The hotel did not have my reservation. I had printed out paper copies of all documents. The website would not respond to phone calls when checking in or checking out. They never returned my money, and the parking lot did not honor the hotel's voucher. AVOID THIS SITE!

This place is a fraudulent company and the "customer service" reps are horrible. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and was told "we don't have an owner, we're just a website"

I understand that there was a $10 service charge for cancellation of the booking. I called them and emailed them because our cruise got cancelled by the Cruiseline. But for heavens sake, there is a world pandemic of COVID-19 going on and they refused to refund me. This is a money hunger company and their customer service is the worst I've ever had. If you call the number, good luck in getting someone on the line. If you ever get someone on the line, you can't even escalate with a manager and they'll say that they are the manager. Very poor customer service! If you want to get ripped off by a company, HotelNParking is the way to go!

Had to cancel due to hotel booked having bed bugs and a broken down pool, being that it wasn't our fault I requested a full deposit refund the girl said she had to get it approved I left message for her and her supervisor and nobody returned a call or email. They were also supposed to check on another place to stay but instead cancelled our booking and didn't even send confirmation. Very poor communication and customer service will not book again.

Cancelled my reservation two hours before check in. All other places were booked to capacity. I'd received a good rate when I made the reservation, I think they realized the parking shortage during the time I needed and cancelled so they could sell the space to someone else for more money. Luckily I had a friend who lives near a BART station so I was able to leave my car with her and take BART to the airport otherwise I'd have been in a really bad spot and may have missed my plane.

I have never experienced such rude service in all my life... asked to speak to her supervisor and was told no one else was there and she then hung up on me! She said that I was wanting the service to fast when she had no problem talking the reservation deposit from us within 10 min! This woman and business is a complete fraud! Bull$#*! business I can't stand someone who tries to take advantage of people! She picked the wrong $#*!ing one today!

Booked through HotelNParking, never received confirmation, had to park elsewhere, total hassle, THEN was charged by them. Spent over an hour on multiple phone calls trying to dispute the charges. Jay (manager) was a total jerk, super rude, and I had to ask him multiple times to stop shouting and lower his voice. Not worth the hassle AT ALL. They finally agreed to eliminate the charges, but I had to be extremely assertive. Hate that!

Thanks for your remarks Awna. Terribly sorry that your last minute request that was received less than 15 hours prior to your flight takeoff and it couldn't be expedited for you. The site is pretty clear about processing time, and perhaps if you had notified one of us (either the hotel or one of our service reps) at least 24 hours prior to give us a chance to have it processed (as it states on the site before booking) we might have been more helpful. I'm really glad that you were honest about getting your Full Refund, so where's the fraud? Under your circumstances, a little more flexibility, and a little less shouting 'fraud' might be advisable. Maybe next time you need last minute service with no notification, consider calling a taxi. All the best!

Booked a hotel they claimed was a DTW property. No address provided until after booking completed. It was no where near the airport. Tried to immediately cancel. Cancel function not working but now told about $10 cancellation fee! Sent email. Still waiting. Worse website ever!

I tried to cancel 2 hours after placing reservation because I had not received confirmation yet that my reservation was placed. I could not cancel on the website because my "confirmation number does not exist". I promptly called customer service and was told I was being charged $10 cancellation fee because they had made the reservation. Hilton had no record of such reservation. The customer service rep was very rude when I asked for a refund of the fee. I consider this service to be a rip off. Please be wary

They immediately took a $23 deposit, but it took 3 weeks to get a confirmation email.

After reading reviews of the motel, I decided to cancel. Following instructions from hotelnparking I tried to contact them first, but they did not answer their phone or respond to email.

So I cancelled through the motel, and got a cancellation number which I forwarded to hotelnparking. They never responded. According to their email I should have got my deposit refunded apart from a $10 processing fee.

I've sent two messages via your (HnP) website about my upcoming reservation at the Days Inn, Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale on 2/6/2016 and the need to make sure car pickup was changed to 2/14/16... and haven't received anything from you yet. It's 10 days and I Want to know I have a bed for the night of 2/6/2016 and a place to park my car for 7 days. So far your customer service Sucks!

I selected a hotel and they sent a reservation ID at 10:30 in the morning on Monday for a Tuesday stay. I left work at 4:30. I got to work Tues morning and I see an email that the room wasn't available. The site said it was available when I booked. There is (supposedly) another site available for $150 per night more. I will never use this site again

I wish I could rate them a zero. I booked a Toronto hotel with them but the deposit was taken off my Visa in U.S. currency rather than Canadian. When I emailed to cancel they denied charging me in U.S. funds. I emailed back with my Visa statement as proof but never heard from them again. They have not confirmed cancellation nor refunded the deposit...
OMG, I just read other reviews and see that someone had odd charges on their Visa card after booking with these guys. Three days after using Hotelnparking a fraudulent $1200 was put through on my card, when I contacted my bank they cancelled the card and issued another one over the security breach. Beware!

Early march we booked a stay for late aug. One month later we get a call that your hotel is completely booked. We phoned the hotel and they said, they sent many faxes to them that they will no longer do business with this company. Well talk about a red flag. Now they asked that they can book me somewhere else, so the can cancel again on us. Well after 6 phone calls finally got deposit back... if the price is too good to be true... buyer beware... also they never sent emails on booking.

Trust me! I am a super fair person and reviewer! I am SHOCKED at how I was treated today when I actually got through! I was told I was WRONG! You never tell a customer he/she is wrong!

Even though HotelnParking sent me several confirmations with the correct date of my reservation when I arrived at the hotel they had received a reservation from the site for the previous night. The hotel was completely booked and I was out a place to stay. They showed me on their computer that they had indeed been sent the wrong information. Not a good situation at 1:00 am after cross country travel!

I booked a room from this company. Received confirmation and they posted $22.80 to my credit card right away. A week goes by and when I log on no file case could be found. I called hotel and a reservation was never made. So I booked with hotel directly and now have reservation. I then called hotelnparking to cancel reservation. I requested them to send me an email with confirmation of cancellation. I have emailed numerous times and called to request this email to confirm my cancellation. I have not received an answer to my emails nor have I received an email confirming my cancellation. I don't trust this site and will never use it again. Also the did not refund my money on credit card minus $10 service fee (which is a rip off) So consumer beware

Do not ever use this site!!!! if I had another choice I would give them a zero NO STAR rating

I booked accommodations to include lodging, 24-hour airport shuttle, and long-term parking. Upon arrival at hotel, was informed there is no shuttle. There is also no long-term parking offered but the hotel eventually agreed to let me park. Paid nearly $50 for a taxi to the airport for departure. Will incur similar expense for arrival back to the hotel. I tired to call the phone numbers listed, which recommends sending an email. I left voicemail and sent emails to no avail. I booked this option to alleviate stress and in the end paid $27.60 + the room fee + taxi + added stress at 4 am departure time. I could have stayed at a premier property closer to the airport for what I ended up spending.

Had there been any alert with regard to our partner hote, our clients would be immediately notified and offered alternatives. Please know that this is not typical of the service we provide. For over 16 years, we have successfully provided reliable guest service and quality accommodations for many, many clients. Since the hotel was unable to fulfill the services as required, they have already refunded your advance deposit.

If you're on this site you've probably already made the same mistake I made. If you haven't already tried to make reservations through them, please run away. This site has caused me much stress. They will not respond to you! Nada, nothing. You call the hotel and they can't provide any information other than there is something happening with you through a third party. Tried to cancel the reservation on the site and the site said it couldn't find my reservation. I'm reversing transactions on my credit card from this site. This site is a scam. Stay away.

Tip for consumers:
Have your credit card company reverse the charges. They will do it because they won't be able to contact the merchant. You won't be able to contact the merchant either.

I was tempted to book a pre-cruise room with parking through this site because the rate is so much lower than what I was seeing from other sites. After reviewing complaints and the BBB website, I decided otherwise. An "F" rating from the BBB is a bad sign. Hotelparking.com lied on their website about being BBB accredited initially and was asked by BBB to remove the logo and BBB name from their website. Red Flag. Though I don't have any experience with them, I would avoid doing any business with them.

This company is not worth using- their website is not up to date and when you are giving them your credit card details to book there is no guarantee that what you are booking is available, as happened to me. They then changed me to a hotel which didn't have the full number of days parking included so I was charged more.
