I did get a confirmation close to my travel date. Although they responded to my negative review that the money I paid upfront went to the hotel... it did not. The charge on my card went to hotelnparking. I asked when I checked out and the price o paid the hotel was the price they charged customer coming in with no reservations. I would never use hotelnparking ever again. It is a ripoff!

If I were you I would call the hotel that you want to stay at and make your reservation.

I never got a confirmation or notification that it did/didn't go through. When I followed up on my own, that's when they told me I wasn't confirmed. They were extremely rude on the phone and lack any customer service skills. I will not ever use them again nor recommend them to anyone I know.

Usually within 24-48 business hours depending on the hotels' response time.

We never got a confirmation so we canceled before we got there and went through a different website
