Each time has been a breeze to manage. However, some tabs are not easy to find.

Hostgator is working fine. We had a good experience with Hostgator

At first it was very difficult to have my issues addressed. My site was lost and I initially told it could be restored. But after two more calls to customer service, it was finally explained that because it was not backed up, I had lost my original site. But I was able to still have my domain name and have since rebuilt my website.

Easy as can be for us to set up and get going with the service we needed.

Customer service do their best to help. I have to be patient, but it pays off.

I have been a HostGator customer for many years, and have always been highly satisfied by their services. I plan to keep using HostGator for future years too.

Like most people, getting a website and hosting service is not something I do often. I had decent experience with Hostgator 10 or so years ago, so naturally I purchased their hosting plan when I needed a new website…except nowhere it said that I can't transfer my domain from another provider for 60 days. Customer service was beyond rude, unhelpful and condescending and refused to either provide a refund or push my start date by 2 months. In the grand scheme things, it is not a big deal, but you don't treat customers in that manner. And then they send me a request to review them on sitejabber, but I could only do it if I put a positive review. Hostgator, your CS is beyond awful and 3 month after paying for a hosting plan my site is still not live. Guess whether I will be renewing my annual subscription with you?

I havent had a single issue with Host Gator serive. I am using trheir services for over 10 years now.

Hostgator served me well at the time I began using it but eventually i needed a more user friendly way to build, host, and access email. The process of doing all those things on sqiarespace was just easier at a glance.

Very helpful. The knowledge base is great. I learn a lot from it. Live chat is always there to help me anytime.

I have also had great customer service with Hostgator. They have been able to resolve things quickly

Everything is good. My mechanic decided to have his website moved over to someone else to help him maintain it, so the domain was removed from HostGator and sent somewhere else. But overall, my personal experience with HostGator has been good.

Getting started could have been a little smoother, but eventually we got there.

All OK, except monthly price doubled a year ago without any explanations. Had to call to find out.
