Service is fine. I would like to know exactly and with easy access the total available disc space for my account, the total used space and what pricing options available if I want to increase my available disc space.

I find it hard to navigate I had to pay like 3 different people to help me and they really didn't help at all.($1000's) I can't connect my word press. My sight has crashed more than once and people have to press like 3 different buttons just to buy something
I have been loyal and stayed with it but I'm really thinking about a change
The platform has been reasonably easy to use. I have had issues with integration of WordPress features that I would like to use for my 3rd party booking system, but it seems that the newest version of HostGator may be working those features in. Support has been timely and the other features and ease of use has been good. Have stayed with HostGator for 6 years. I don't intend to transition to any other platform.
I was told if I paid for email protection for *******@nozomifinancial.net that I would stop receiving massive spam mail. I said ok, paid for the protection than immediately starting receiving even more Spam than before….
Took 4 days and multiple calls / emails to resolve issue.
Only having email support from the technical team makes effective communication extremely difficult.
Issue finally resolved, but 4 days with business down is a deal breaker.
The customer service person was helpful. I don't have anything else to add.
Support services are very excellent. I could not have found a better team then HostGator.

Nothing to say. My daughter does these things for me, I don't do the online stuff, so I have no feedback.
After I type in my domain name, it usually takes about, on average, 8 to 20 seconds for my website to load up on my computer screen. It is much slower than I had expected. Right now, it is just me building the site, so it not a big problem. But later when I go public and get more visitors from the internet, I do not know what will happen. This has always been a concern (worry) to me.

My old website was built using WIX. I actually found the WIX site a bit easier to navigate. There are still some things to iron out with the Wordpress site I have now. But everything is up and running.
They make things very user-friendly, and they have great guides to help you in anything that you are trying to do.
Dont ever use hostgator, they randomly locked my account i couldnt log in, oppened a ticket with the support team, they said they put me in high priority and its been 2 weeks i got no response, this is totally unacceptable, so i would suggest dont use host gator, their support team is horrible and always say ill open a ticket and good luck trying to get a response from them
I have a very simple website using just html code, so that experience was fine. However, during a period of construction / inactivity, I was charged for 2 years on my credit card. I did not like that and removed the card.

Answer: If you go straight to smartchat, it is very easy - you only need to find the smartchat button. I have worked with the Internet since web browsers were invented, so I know most of the answers already. That means that when I have a problem that I can't solve, it is going to be a real stinker for HostGator support to solve - I only bring them the difficult ones. Recently, I had an ISP who gave me terrible service, and the internet kept dropping out every few minutes. The Hostgator smartchat expert kept contact with me on and of for about an hour and three quarters until he had worked out the answer for me. That is what I call RELIABLE service.
