Super bad service. No proper instructions and guide. The email reset password had a link which point to localhost in plesk. No instruction or user name password provided for pleask. The site has 503 error every hour. Some of the faq page doesn't open at all.

Delay in support, they auto renewed me without informing though I opted out. They told me they will refund, I am waiting since 4 days, but no body get back tom me. Very disappointed. If there is less than 1 star I will give.
